I had a playlist of nothing but renditions of ROund Here but it disappeared somehow. Stupid RUclips. There was a version that I lost years ago that I haven't been able to find that was my absolute favorite. It was a combination of Round Here and Goodnight Elisabeth, and I swear he was wearing a red shirt, and a section of the song said "If you wrap yourself in daffodils, I will wrap myself in pain. If you're the queen of California, I'm the king of all the rain. But don't you tell me it's the weather, baby, because this is clearly not the weather, baby." Do you happen to have that one? I will gladly take just the audio.
Hey Steve I was wondering in your capacity do you happen to have access to " Blue sky " version. It was at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. Late 90's. I had it on CD until it could play no more. Unfortunately before SYNC. Remaining hopeful ... as always.
@@synapseAgain13 I have it. I have searched all the internet for versions and I have more than a couple dozens. I also have the Blue Sky Rendition in top quality and I am more than happy to share it if still wanted.
I remember downloading this years ago and having it on a burnt cd of all different round here versions, then I lost it. completely forgot about this version until now.
Do you know where or have access to the "BLUE SKY" version of round here? I too had it on a burnt disc... so so long ago. Best version I ever heard. It was in Colorado end of [ 1998?] The 90's. Rocky Mountain "BLUE SKY" version. I believe at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Really need to find it again. You seem like a true collector. Hopeing that..... you just might know of it. Thanks
"You can't have everything every day [...]. And the ones you love don't come back to you, and the days don't end real soon..." I wonder if that's something Adam just so made up out of the blue. I always lose myself in this lyrical gem.
One of the most amazing things about Duritz is his ability to blur the line between song writer and story teller. The first two minutes of clip demonstrates it perfectly. He can't even preamble this song without making it musical.
I was there... One of my heroes paying tribute to my absolute greatest heroe. Two of the greatest songs ever written. It's like mixing silver and gold...
Thanks for uploading! I was at that show and I still remember being awestruck during this song... Adam was in rare form that night and the audience loved it!
Does anyone know where I can find the Magness Arena Version of Round here from 12/2/1999? Grooveshark use to have it but I haven't seen it in several years.
As an unofficial curator of the Round Here Museum, I would have to put this version in the high-security, public not allowed area. Stellar.
Steve Tady LoL
