The concept of eating grass / leaves isn't so bad. Things like lettuce and spinach is just plants from some land we don't see, rather than plants from your own garden or bush near you. It also encourages creativity and innovation as you most of the time will think of things to add to it, like what seasoning or sauce. I've never done it, but if I was ever in a dire situation, I would but only after boiling it in water, or roasting over a flame. Money has no value unless spent, so I understand the grass gathering, but it's not like market plants cost 500 dollars per leaf of something.

My question from watching this show, they always talk about saving money, it’s the literal main idea of the show. What are they saving for? What is the goal? What is the point? Why do this amount of “saving” if you don’t need to?
