We have a whiteboard in the kitchen wall. We write our "To Do" list on it. As someone completes the task that person gets to erase it. We love erasing a task. I like your idea on tidying a room before bedtime. I usually clean up dog toys, replace blanket, spray disinfectant on surfaces & one family member loads & starts dishwasher & cleans the counters. We enjoy wake up to clean home. Thank you for your informative videos.
Here are my top tips on getting organize: 1. Stop buying unnecessary stuffs specially tiny home decors. 2. Every stuff must have a home / storage. Some of our things are too cute to be displayed but resist their cutenes, hide them as they are nothing but clutter. 3. Less is more. Thank you.
I keep a calendar on the wall in my laundry room to keep track of when I washed (with a tablet) my washing machine, when I changed the furnace filter and what day I had my furnace cleaned or my air conditioner cleaned. This way it is right there for me to see. I also keep a calendar on the wall in my bedroom for when the bills are due. I see it as I walk out of the room every day so I am never late with them. I am old school, I need a receipt in hand so when I need a copy it is right there where my printer might be out of ink. Also I keep a calendar in the garage to keep track of when I plant my veggies so I know when to fertilize them thru the spring and summer months. As you see I love calendars for my everyday life. I am a new subbie and really enjoy the content you have for your viewers. Thanks Arlene
Every time you drive your car remove everything you brought in it or collected while you were out…trash, mail, clothing, toys, bags etc and put the things where they belong.
I ordered a planner last night. 😀 This is a "first" for me. I've always made notes on calendars & I have small, fat, spiral bound notebooks that I write all sorts of information in . But after listening to you in another recent video. a planner sounded like a good idea. It'll be nice to have everything in just one place. It only cost about $8 & is good a ways into 2023. I keep a small notebook & pen by my side of our bed. When all sorts of things are swirling around in my brain , it's difficult to fall asleep. If I jot those things down, I can go to sleep because I know I won't forget them. That shade of pink is so flattering on you !
Hi love your videos! Would like to ask if you would show us what planner you use and give us a sample of how you post things? I am way too ocd snd and a “real” example would help so much. Thank you 😊
My tip would be to check your bank account(s) every week so you can catch any abnormalities quickly and get them fixed.
That is a great idea!
We all have gifts in life to share and one of yours is inspiring all of us to have a better quality life. Thankyou

@@THEJENNIFERCOOK You are so welcomed.
Every time you leave a room, scan the room for objects that belong somewhere else, and take them there. Great habit!
Excellent tips! Thank you.

I’m doing the minimalist challenge this month! Although now that you mention it, maybe February would have been better! 😂
Love this series? Is that one of your pretty candles?…
Thank you Beth! The candle is actually a vase I have had for years that I made into a candle. Repurpose!
