Well done. I began a challenge to not complain some months back. I wear a bracelet with my watch on my left wrist. When I complained, I switched the bracelet to my right wrist. Now, I complain less verbally. I may complain in my thoughts, but I catch it, don’t verbalize it and think of something else. In general, I am complaining much less. And it feels wonderful.
I tend to put off some tasks so I have started this year off with an inexpensive visual timer. I had tried to use my phone, but I become distracted with using it. I set my timer to 15 or 30 minutes. I am amazed at what I can get done in just 15 minutes. It is simple, I know, but it really helps me. Thank you for all your tips and your channel.
I've decided I don't like to have alot of knick knacks on counters. They are dust collectors and its too much visual clutter for me. Thank you for your helpful videos.
Terrific points! I'm loving the Intuition one. I also love your blouse. It has beautiful colors and looks so Romantic. I'm now brainstorming my table scape for Valentines Days with these colors!
I would love it if you did digital captions across the bottom when you’re doing lists. When I’m looking back for something and trying to find it, it’s hard to find.
Parents that complain about their kids our sick in my books... All the lies and bs they go through every day is awful and they are put down for it.... Anyways your not in the wrong thats for sure!
Emilie, I was in that situation last year, and the email account said it couldn't hold anymore. I had never deleted. It took a while. The best thing I did was sort "from," so you could quickly delete emails from people or places you know you have no need for.
I like your videos, but I'm very disappointed that, for the second time that I've seen, you're telling people to not watch the news. Yes, it will stress you out. But that's because there are dangerous things going on in this country. The fact that so many people in this country are choosing to ignore that won't make the problems disappear. I'm sure that you're a good person, but not everyone has the luxury of feeling so safe in their own lives that they can just pretend like everything is fine or that someone else is going to take care of the problems for them. Please think about our civic responsibility to pay attention to what's going on instead of choosing to ignore it because it's unpleasant.
Hi Sabrina, I completely appreciate your opinion. My suggestion is for others to be mindful of what they are watching. Everyone should have the free will to choose to watch whomever they would like. That includes my RUclips channel. Thank you for taking to the time to share your thoughts 🤗
@@THEJENNIFERCOOK II appreciate that you took the time to reply to my comment and I don't want to start a lengthy back and forth, but you miss my point. Deciding whether or not you're going to pay attention to what's going on in the world is not akin to choosing which RUclips channel to watch. Sure, everyone has the right to stay in their own little bubble and try to ignore what makes them uncomfortable or to expose themselves only to "news" that confirms what they already believe. But adults have to deal with all sorts of unpleasant aspects of life, and we have a responsibility to the larger community (upon which we're all dependent, whether we like it or not) and to our children and grandchildren to do our best to leave them a better world. That's not going to happen if we stick our heads in the sand and ignore the multiple crises that face our country and the world.
@@THEJENNIFERCOOK Your response was very tactful. You didn’t fall for the hook and get pulled into a “discussion.” Your show is comprised of your opinions. You make suggestions, that’s all. A lesson that I’ve learned is that I don’t have to give my opinion to everything. As to watching the news, if it is upsetting and frustrating to you, and causing you anxiety , reduce your intake as much as you need to get your joy back. It is fear mongering, and that is not good for your mind or your body. We have control over very little in life in reality. My life is a gift from God. My gift to Him is to find enjoyment in my days, Referring to the news, it is mostly complaining without solutions. It is important to be aware, do what you can, and then turn it over to God. Complaining ,like negativity is too easy to join in . Life is more than the news. Best wishes for a blessed new year filled with love, laughter and new adventures. Thanks for your channel.

I have about 10,000 emails. It will take more than a couple minutes. 😢

@@THEJENNIFERCOOK thank you. I just started that and it is much easier. Less brain power.
