I can't remove the window from the pivot shoe. It's different than yours. There is a rod with a screw but I can't slide it out. I also don't see any cut out in the frame. How did they fit the pivot shoe there? It seems that I have Series 161 Coil Balance.

Our window from previous owner is stuck all the way down and I think a component of the shoe is broken and stuck in the channel, so the video helped me see what at least is behind the side sash. Would you say a window is permanently stuck closed if this happens?

In the video it seems.lime you are replacing a white channel with another white channel. Swisco seems to not carry white channels? All seem to be unpainted. Can you point to a white channel that you carry?
