- My friend let me know about a ‘mother load’ collection of about 200,000 baseball cards at a thrift store, so my brother and I went to check it out.
Check out the video, see what I offered for it, and please subscribe!
Would you have bought the motherload? How much would you have offered?

Some of those, particularly the 1980 cards, look like they’re in Incredible shape
That trip looked like it was a tiring experience. But you did check it out. Thanks
Cool video and love the box of 70s cards
Awesome video
Nice pickup with the older cards, to bad that huge bundle didn't have all older cards!!!
Awesome finds
I bought a tub like that a few weeks ago, and found TONS of vintage football and baseball stars and Hall of Famers, though not in good shape, of course. I'm going to use them for through the mail autographs. There are several guys who sign through the mail for $5 - $10.
Really nice vintage cards
Looks like another good haul
Nice find
Wow very nice 70's cards love the all nolan Ryan's and ur two Roberto Clemente cards, if u ever decide to get rid of the football cards I collect those too, thanks for the video Jabs 😎🇺🇸
Looks like you got all the good stuff.
Cool score!!
That binder I bought with all those rookies for cheap had those bench and Reggie Jackson cards!
And that orosco card too
And the Pedro Guerrero
A diamond find of the 1968 Roberto Clemente '67 Batting Leaders in an otherwise cowpie of a bag with banged up football and hockey. That was a motherload of boxed cards but seemed high priced at $1800. I like the bin of cards but cringe when people use rubber bands to bind them.
I bought a guys collection last weeke d for 400 dollars. my whole truck was full of cards and boxes and bins. he hadx some nice pete rose cards and a griffey and montana rookie, those cards were almost worth what I paid for all of it. Im going through it watching your videos.
AWESOME video!!!!!!!
That's a cool Bichette photo
Great video
Please patent your ball-trick telescope stick grabber! You will make a million dollars! Its that good of a idea! It will change the ball hawking community forever, you will be a legend
I love football cards
That 1977 Steve Largent and 1976 Franco Harris are RC's.
Franco Harris was 1973
I was on a flight with Goose recently but did not realize it until I was at the bag pickup. He must have been heading to the Hall of Fame for some event during the induction weekend. I had been at an Oakland game while traveling out west and had an A's ball. Unfortunately his bag came and he left before my bag arrived on the belt. Such is the case with so many things. Several years ago I was picking my nephew up at the airport and Wade Boggs walked past me while I was looking for my nephew. You never know who you'll see at the airport.
Nice Clemente card!
Nice video good cards
Nice score
4:26-27-Amen
You made a amazing video!!
Awesome vid
Nice Johnny Bench
Love your videos
Good score
Thrift stores in Australia are call op shops(opportunity shops). I definitely haven't found a pallet of cards in them though. Not worth the money they are asking, but cool to see anyway. At least the trip wasn't a total bust.
Good haul with that little box, but those people wanting 1800 will never get close to that. They must have priced those off of an old beckett.
200$ for everything ! Nice!
Nice George Brett cards
I like the 70 era cards
wow. i love that collection for 22 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sweet video
great video
You should try sending ttms with your commons.
Wow that’s a lot of cards
What a lot of cards !
Old timer here,..I'm so tired of the overproduced years, most commons, & damaged, banged corners, edge wear, and creased cards that one day I'm just going to purge my whole collection down to mint stars & sets only (on the 1975 & up cards). One day when you walk into the thrift store by me you'll see a whole isle of my rejects and I guarantee you'll not find one card worth more than 5 bucks, but lots of them will have book prices of !0, $20, $50.00 or more. Too many people don't understand that in today's "mint only" market that the big buyers, the hard cash paying collector no longer wants a damaged card in his collection anymore. Many will not even look at a 1986 to 1993 unopened box, at any price over 5 bucks each. The 1980s brought me into collecting, the 1990s amazed me with the clever inserts, the 2000s awed me with Relics and Signed cards and the 2010s taught me the value of PSA 10 graded vs non graded nrmt. The money is in graded cards kids. Don't bother with the rest. Except complete sets from the pre 1980 era,
I would love to get those football cards
WOW lots of cards
Those were some good football cards.

id be happy to get all thosefootball and hockeycards

I know you hate book value, but it the Clemente books at $30 I believe. or at least it did in 2015 and '16
I'm starting to truly appreciate cards from the 60s and 70s
You can always give those trashy cards to big brothers and sisters, some kids will love them?
I'm pretty sure a pallet of '87 Topps is worth about $50 bucks.
It's been a while since a collection video. LOVE IT!
KingArthur Baseball yes!!
That Walter Payton gotta be worth a cpl bucks.
Check out the 1974 Willie Stargell. It's at 27:11 The original owner whited out the "outfield" and wrote in "1st Base" with a pen. That's exactly what a kid my age (at the time) would have done. LOL
Nice Clemente
Patience and persistence definitely pays off! Congrats on the finds!

Will be sending you a box of baseball cards soon. please read the note first. been a Yankees fan since the mid 60's and a collector since the 80's. if you have any Yankees commons from the 60's and 70's Topps I would like that. condition is not a factor. And if I have any of them already, I will send them back to to send to others. The best item in my collection is an original Sovereign tobacco pack and card. (very rare item) PS : love your vids.

Thank you for the reminiscing! I started in 1980 collecting before collecting cards was really big. I was 12 then and man, looking at the highlights of your finds, I found myself saying "I have that one, I have that one, Mine is in better shape, I have that one" lol.
After reading the title, when I saw all those cards, I tought they were all 70s cards!

You could send them to your Patreons!! I certainly would not complain!
John 3Sport food idea
