Hi Morgan I get excited when you upload La Mer videos because I am such a huge La Mer lover!!! I pretty much have their whole line! I bought the La Mer foundation for my mom and she basically said its like all other foundations and I was utterly shocked and OFFENDED ..like how dare her... 😂 I guess I am going to have to give my momma a lesson in ' La Mer 101' Thanks beautiful 🌹 Keep them La Mer videos Coming.

Thoughts on how the Shiseido Ultimune layers with a mostly La Mer routine? I currently use: 1- The Tonic 2- SKII Facial Treatment Essence 3- The Treatment Lotion 4- Serum Step- Either layer on The Revitalizing Hydrating Serum, then The Regenerating Serum, and sometimes The Concentrate depending on how my skin is feeling (Thinking of adding the Shiseido Ultimune here or replacing the Revitalizing Hydrating Serum with it) 5- The Eye Concentrate 6- The Renewal Oil (sometimes! not every day) 7- Either The Soft Cream or Creme de la Mer
Great video! I'd love to try the Augustinus Bader cleanser because I do love The Rich Cream, but I don't think I'll buy it. I'm very interested in that La Mer scrub, though! I saw another glowing (hah!) review of it on RUclips awhile back, so yours makes two and that kinda solidifies that it's a product I'd like to try. For body....I feel like I cant really say make this comparison with authority because I've never tried the La Mer body creme, but I do love the hell out of that Beekman 1802 whipped body cream! So I'd go with that lol. Which is your favorite Beekman cream? (Or do you like the Pure unscented?) The scents are to die for. I have about 3 going at the moment and adore them for my dry skin. Also wrt the body cream, I will say this: I went out on a limb and got the AB body cream to see if I could use it on my face. I figured if not, I'd have a super lux body cream so win-win either way, right? And I have to say....it does work on the face. I tried it for a month and it delivers that TFC8 magic that I got going with over a year of the AB Rich Cream. Only thing is occasionally I had to add a nice oil on top because it's not *quite* as hydrating as The Rich Cream. I dont think I'm gonna replace TRC with the body cream though. I'll probably just alternate months with it to help stretch out my AB TRC bottles. But ANYWAY- my point was, I'm curious as to why you wouldn't recommend the body cream for the face. Is it something with the ingredients, or it's more scented or....? Just curious, since this is an avenue I'm currently having fun exploring with other brands. :)
It would have to be the ingredients in body products, vs ingredients in facial products for me. There is a reason why 1 oz of creme de la mer is $195 and 10.5 oz of the body creme is $295 :) I just wouldn't trust it. I just don't feel comfortable making that recommendation on my channel, but I am also a supporter of people doing what they feel works best for their skin. No matter the product or brand 😀I see you are a big AB fan! That's awesome! I use the Beekman whipped body butter and I believe its scentless. It works so good!! I love that brand for body products.
