I am glad and so happy that you didn’t relapsed. No one is perfect in this World and for some odd reasons we all forget very quickly. NO ONE IS PERFECT.
So so so happy that you are on track. You are doing a great job of not making a deal with the 👿.

This video is very motivational, I really needed to hear this, everything you said can happen is what’s happened to me. I really needed to hear this. I can relate a lot to the way you think. Thanks for this

Yeah, it’s tough ! I relapsed and binge drinking six months straight. Affected my work, my mental health, my physical health ect. Now I’m 15 days sober. And I am like what was I thinking ??!! But what’s done is done… Moving forward. Day by day. Best of luck to you, Kevin ! God bless you !

@@kevinclarkfitness I’m considering buying a multi gym, exercise bench and start working out. I think that would help. Plus I have a big pain problem with my lower and upper back. I don’t want to use heavy medication. I use ibuprofen but that just masking the problem ( and it hurts still only a little bit less )

Don’t drink. Keep doing this and it’ll work out
