A very nice practical fence! That should keep the kids out of trouble. Thanks Mark

Great little project. Maybe a Hinged door at front for access but still with the lattices.

Every time you said it was to keep out little people, i had to remind myself that you mean children. Made me chuckle.

Blinding piece of craftsmanship, ideal for safty purposes although i feel some form of door should of been built for maintaining the air conditioning unit 🙏🙏

Although not super important on this little fence, you really should consider using post savers. You can buy them individually or I prefer the roll and just cut off what you need. Will make those posts last so much longer in the ground. Great for fence work and cheap.

Might also want to consider button fix as you could have made the front removable for maintenance but still strong and secure. Just stops the hvac guy cursing you when he comes to do a service :)

Fair enough, I wasn't being picky but as I've got older I have no patience for working in tiny cupboards, etc etc.
Not your fault, customers just don't think of future access for the next tradesman.
Mark you would be surprised, I've been asked to work on fuseboards where they have boxed it in 'so neatly' it's impossible to take the lid off!
Control gear for automatic gates that have 'spiky' bushes planted closely around it etc etc
If I was your AC Guy I would have suggested you make the front and side panels removable, Each panel held in with 4 screws Easy to remove for future access,
Anyway I hope that explains my comment 👍

hey Mark.......thanks for the video....I like the slat fences......I built a bin store in my last house similar....... maybe, as mentioned by another responder, a gate for maintenance but .....how often do condensers go wrong ? Not often I suppose? Looks great tho....and despite my ribbing you in the live cast last night about the nail gun.....its a fab bit of kit and I would love one.....makes that job so quick. Keep up the good work and thanks for the content as always.

Thanks Adam really enjoyed last night. The main reason for the fence was to stop little people poking things in and little fingers. You can easily climb over it and move it to work on it if you ever needed to. A gate could have been an option . Nail guns are not the cheapest of tools to purchase it took me some time before I spent the money although now I have them they get used a lot.
Thanks for watching and contributing it’s appreciated.
      Take care Mark
