- Is your Jura leaking clear water on the counter top under the water tank? This is a common issue for new Jura coffee machines and machines which have been recently serviced: A new, soft water tank seal can easily catch the edge of the tank when inserted, causing a leak. I'll explain why this can happen and how to remedy the problem on your own.
Of course there are many causes for leaking. If your machine is leaking and this video does not fix the problem, contact us for a free estimate here:

Hey there - I have a Jira ena 8. We bought this from Costco in 2023. However I wanted to use some ground coffee but the machine does not detect the coffee shoot. Can you help me see how I can brew ground coffee in this machine.
From the coffee ready menu, open the chute on the top of the machine. Add two level tablespoons of coffee, close the chute. You'll hear the machine move. Make a selection from the coffee menu. If this isn't working for some reason, you need service. We can help:) Please fill out a form at www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb
Hi, when I put the tank down, it leaks. Where do I buy the rubber?
We don't sell parts but we can help with service, if you reside in the US. www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb
Hi there - I have a Jura J9.3 and ours leaks from the bottom, front when brewing any sort of coffee. It seems like the pressure is causing water to leak out when it begins the "brewing" process. Any idea what that could be, or how I could fix it? Our machine has been AMAZING and is well over 10 years old at this point. But, if I can fix it myself, I'd love to do so. I've very handy and familiar with machines and electronics. Can you help?
@ericr5561 We can definitely help you! If your machine is clogged at the brew head, you may be forcing water out of the bottom. See our video on micro screen cleaning: ruclips.net/video/Dq2QOcLI8UA/видео.html If this fails, you need service. We don't recommend or support DIY. I can't tell you the number of times Houston engineers have walked in with a box full of parts, head down, feeling shamed. Please seek professional service. Your J9 cost $3200 when brand new. Get it serviced and it should run many years! Go to www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb
@@thejuraguy hoping that's it. Something is definitely causing too much pressure when brewing which results in water coming out of the bottom and not the same amounts of coffee being made. I just ordered my oval key as apparently I need a special tool just to open this thing. :)
@@ericr5561 Watch that video. You don't need any special tools to perform the micro screen cleaning! We use that every day in our shop! Cheers, Ben
@@thejuraguy Watched the video That's not the issue. I clean that area and screen every time we do a cleaning cycle, even doing the same method with the damp cloth and sticking my hand deep inside there to get everything I possibly can. I'm hopeful I can get all of that stuff out (the brew group) to give it a PROPER cleaning and hoping I can find where the water is specifically coming out of the machine. Just did a brew this morning and it was almost fine, only a little water loss.
@@ericr5561 If the troubleshooting failed, it confirms you need service. We can help! Hit us up on the form. Cheers, Ben
Mine does this and it’s 1 month old
Were you able to re-seat the tank to correct the leak? If it's brand new, I would think you're still under warranty, but we can help if you need it. Cheers, Ben
