We disassemble and clean the grinder, re-install a premium stainless grinder burr profile, and tune it for best taste and extraction. This more permanently fixes the fill beans error. Hi Ben, I have a Z5 that's been fine until recently where it occasionally shuts off without warning or error message. I restart it sometimes 2-3 times and then it works fine again. I have been wondering about the thermal blocks (water heaters) as it is an older machine could they be drawing to much or the thermal switches not working properly?? any thoughts?
