Jura drawer or tray won't go in? Try this! THE JURA GUY Troubleshooting Help

If the drawer of your Jura won't go back in, try this!!! If you removed the drawer when the machine was in motion and you can't get the drawer back in, watch this and I'll show you how to correct it! This can happen if your machine is needing service as well, so I'll explain in this video how to tell.

Help. I turn power on but says switch open and it’s not open. So I open it and says system filling. Then goes back to switch open

The dreaded "open tap" message. Remove the filter if there's one in there. Open tap. If that doesn't do it, it confirm you've got a clog in the system and need service.
