Mine is grinding, but it doesn't seem to grind enough coffee. So the coarseness is fine, it's just that the grinder doesn't input enough ground coffee into the brew unit. It is not backing up, it is like it isn't running long enough.
I have same problem grounds backing up says needs beans but does not brew I vacuum it out it works again but the drip tray has fresh dry grounds in the back of Trey and wet used grounds in pan

Thanks ! This saved me, thought i needed a new grinder but was able to clear this pipe using a hoover without having to dissassemble.
