Thanks for the informational video but I beg to differ. This type of machine is called expeller machine which uses high temperature that possibly destroys the nutrients. There is a reaon why cold pressed (many with wood and not metal) oils exist. This type of oil coming from expeller machine is decent and better than commercial oils but cold pressed is still the best especially with wood at low temperature (due to low rpm due to ox).

The oils which we buy at low cost were not cold pressed they clear mention there as mineral oil infused means refined oils . Oil refining uses advance catalysis and catalysts at high temperatures to yield such results which is harmful to the heart ..it's good if we use these cold pressed oils which costs high in place of those refined oils .
