As a mother who bought my daughter 3 American Girl dolls in the 90s, I can tell you that the clothes probably cost only a bit less than what clothes in your size cost. They were top of the line though. Great fabric and well made. My daughter did not like dolls, but she loves to read. The books that came with the dolls and about the dolls were the draw. She still has them all. And hit an all time high when she visited AG in NYC! ❤😊
I noticed on the bright yellow jacket it had the little stickers on it. My niece had so many American Girl Dolls that I purchased for her. Yes the clothes and accessories were top of the line and were really pricey. Great memories right there
You should get more American girl doll clothes and accessories. They are so detailed. I remember as a child I had a ton of American girl doll things and I was mesmerized by how detailed everything was.
Hi Bunny! They did have books that went along with your dolls. There were a variety of dolls from different time periods in history. My daughter had one in a victorian dress and I remember a doll that was a 70's theme.
Flat Eric is adorable!! My daughter had American Girl dolls! She even had a computer and desk for them! She had 2 of the historical dolls, Addy and Josephina. Her Grandma Sharon and Grandpa Paul spoiled her! ❤❤❤❤
The little round stickers were called Mini Grin Pins. The ones for dolls were stickers, but the ones for girls (Grin Pins) were real metal pins. They were to collect, and girls could use the ones that meant something to them. Your Flat Eric looks so cute in the clothes!
Hey, I had both the pin jacket and the long blue shirt. You were right, the long blue shirt was a nightgown and they made them to fit kids too, I had one and it was so comfortable I kept it and wore it into adulthood
Hello Bunny, so good to watch your videos, you make everything entertaining, and everytime I see you here, or on Graveyard girl, feels like meeting a friend. Thank you for being there ❤❤❤
I was in an American Girl Doll group in elementary school and we'd read the books and discuss them over era-accurate foods. Looking back that was such a cool thing for them to do. I wanted a Samantha doll more than anything and when I finally got my mom to be team-buy, they discontinued her 😢
Your Uncommon Objects haul reminded me I wanted the Bloomingdale's Barbie just so I could have the teeny tiny Bloomingdale's brown paper shopping bags hahah
That was adorable!! I loved how the outfit fits!!! PS: If you can't find the Dr Martens sandals check Offlander, they're a Mexican brand and they make shoes very similar to the Martens, excellent quality, but cheaper, they even personalize them if you want, so go and check them, hopefully they'll have the sandals you're looking for.
yesssss you should do more american girl videos!!! also, yeah, you should look up the history of the company and stuff. american girl is a really deep rabbit hole to go into😂😂😂u can look on the wiki for information lol there’s just so much information and i wanna say some of it relating to the things u said in this video, but it’ll just be too long to type lol😂
I wished I could have had an American doll when I was younger. I still want to get one and clothes that are like what I wear, but just as when I was a kid can't afford to. I say you have to get one. I think you'd really like the experience.
My childhood toy was a little monkey lost with his own trike made of a plastic coconut. I’m 31 still have him on my bed.. I buy premi clothes for him to protect him.. he’s currently wearing a kitted all in one long sleeve long legs with a hood thing I got from vinted 😅 these would be so fabulous for him!
Hi Bunny , Yes the African Lions 🦁 are on the vulnerable list and the Asiatic Lions 🦁 who are endangered some subspecies like the Barbary lions 🦁 , Cape Lions 🦁 are extinct in the wild with the only surviving Barbary Lions 🦁 who are left are kept in zoos . I hope this answers your question ❤ Kylie from Australia 🇦🇺 😊
OMG, he's too stinking cute! I need to look up Flat Eric because I have no idea what he is. Thank you, Bunny, for another super cute and fun video! Have a great week, xoxo's Sandie
you pronounce Mr. Oizo like "wah-zoh." (it sounds kinda like the french word for bird.) i KNEW i recognized flat eric from somewhere! i used to listen to a LOT of french electronic music. he and his friends are still going strong like...20+ years after they started making music.
I'm still upset that my mom took my favorite 90s water baby doll clothes with my doll & gave it to my cousin for her daughter.. A few months later I saw them all scattered over the yard.. I should have taken them back. I'm still a little upset about it.. I hope I could a pic of it. 😕 I think if my mom remembered that they were from her brother when I was little.. Don't think should would have done that! She's also a cousin that stole my cherry jar from that cherry doll. 😤😭 They're not cheap either! She also threw my water baby doll away as well because she said it had mold in it because the daughter just had to open it, i guess? 😞
I don't know about over there ,but in Canada we used to wear thick tights like that under our shorts(in the 90s) 😂 don't ask me why and yes I was guilty of it 😂
Yeah, I recall wearing them in the late 80's too but, to be fair, I am also in Canada and maybe that was just a chilly weather necessity rather than a fashion choice. Lol
They didn’t have a Native American American girl doll when I was younger just the one they had from the seventies and it looked nothing like a native person.
I never owned an American Girl doll but I remember just pouring over the catalog for hours!

Bunny, you should fr get an American Girl doll that looks like you and sew her tiny versions of the human sized clothes you have
Scrunchie. Those shoes were adorable, adorable. The jacket and vest with the stickers were the cutest things ever. 💚💚

The way Bunny struggles to explain something is so relatable 😄 I love her so much
FLAT ERIC!!!!!!!! Aahhh I loved him! 💛💛💛 I still have mine somewhere.....now I need to dig him out!
I worked at American girl for years! They just came out with "historical" dolls for 1999!

Definitely get an American girl doll they are less fragile than reborn dolls but you can do so much with them. And collect the OG items.
Treasure! Thanks for showing, this Dutch girl still is amazed by American toys.
Bunny, you should get the new 1999 America girl doll and do a full unboxing for us! 💜💚💙
The sandals @20.37 were called Reef sandals (at least they were in Australia). I'm an 80s baby, teen in the 90s, and LOVED reef sandals!
Of course the stripey shirt is your fave! It has both your fav color (fugenta) and Dogman’s blue and orange!
Your Uncommon Objects haul reminded me I wanted the Bloomingdale's Barbie just so I could have the teeny tiny Bloomingdale's brown paper shopping bags hahah

I had the Molly American girl doll, I think her story was from one of the world wars. I was always afraid to try to actually play with her lol
I never had an American Girl doll, but they were the ones that had the historical themed dolls.
