If you put dr.fix it or some chemical to dry out fast no need to wait for long time but if you don’t put you have to wait for least 8,9 hrs
If you put small stones that’s okay. Bigger stone means bigger chance to damage . It won’t be durable.

First I filled round mold with sand then I measured that sand . that was exactly 20kgs . If you want to make 30 kgs than you can make bigger round mold. I hope you get it.

First I put sand in frame after that I measured the weight and I calculated the ratio of sand and cement simple...for ex, I put sand in one full frame then I measured it's 10kg weight so in two frame it will contain 20kg, the recommend ratio is 1:3(cement:sand) but 1:2 is really strong so in 20 kg dumbbell I put 12 sand and 8 kg cement and it's become 20 kg dumbbell.
