Let me start by saying, the new BMW M5 is a fast car, just not fast enough. Even on a damp ground cheapokitty still won 3 of 5 races. This is just a teaser, I'm sure after he gets mods we will do the race again at Mod2Fame Fest June 3rd at Cecil County Dragway.

I know that stinger can compete with the 5.0 mustang and definetly destroys the 5.7 charger, but putting the "Kia" name between those M5's M3's is not a good idea imo..

Lie the f90 is a beast it will beat you in all situations.
The 8 speed auto would have solved your problem. One of the quickest shifting autos on the road and better gearing. A drag radial tire Hellcat A8 is a 10 second all day vehicle. Nice driving though.
Tell you ur friends with M5/M6 cars to look for HC Performance...the best tuner for BMW out there, period. With only a tune an 60-130 will be in 6.1-6.2 sec...sick...

Hellcat demon will win on roll but not dig (street race) but not regular hellcat. I think m5 is not full power yet. It should win on roll, M5s make 680hp about 625whp vs 630-670whp hellcat depending on dyno. Both cars are underrated but M5 is 200 pounds less and superior traction.

The only way the Hellcat beats the M5 is a rolling race, otherwise from street light to street light it's toast. Do this at a drag strip. M5 runs a 1/4 mile in under 11 seconds, a stock Hellcat is mid 11's. Rolling races are so inaccurate too.

M5 takes it from dig on both all wheel and rear wheel drive easy... I mean it did it to the demon... and at a 60 it barely got beaten not to mention the demon had drag radials on...

If the new M5 was driven correctly the demon will lose. Why? Because the new f90 M5 produces more power for its weight. The demon on common 91 octane produces 808hp against a frame of 4254lbs vs the M5 which consistently dynos on the same fuel at 675hp against a 4099lb frame. The M5 has better traction due to 4wd and a more advanced suspension and responsive drivetrain. In short comparing these two cars on public roads is futile. The demon is meant for competitive 1/4 mile times on 100 octane fuel. The M5 is an around masterpiece for those lucky few.
