Terribly bittersweet to see Norm Macdonald, Gilbert Gottfried, Cloris Leachman, Bob Saget and Greg Giraldo referenced and/or depicted in the first five minutes. What a cavalcade of tremendous, talented artists we've lost. You are deeply missed.
Ferrell's roast was the most brutal. You can never get more brutal than publicly pointing out the horrible things someone has done when they don't expect it
The most stand out set on here (imo) , is Chris Redds set. All i heard leading up to the roast was that he didnt belong up there with the legends.. yet he not only showed up, but had probably the best set of the night 👏 He deserves more props.

Riggle made me wiggle cracking tf up. Everyone was perfectly themselves and hilarious. But Riggle threw out some back to back to back heavy hitting jokes and it was at that moment that I knew, it is more important to laugh than breathe.
The thing I remember most about Norm's roast was Jim Norton's clueless/baffled response during and after the set. There used to be clips of what had been cut from Norm's set and Jim is clearly getting worked up about what's happening because he doesn't get it. Then of course Norm had the amazing comeback to Jim's "Henry Fonda picking blueberries" joke.
Watching Saget choke up at a real heartfelt message from Norm is S-Tier. Always gets me.
