Looks delicious Dimitra :) I cook my Cod Lions inside parchment paper it works awesome! I was afraid to add the veggies in case it didn't cook throughly. Now I will add them next time to save me lots of time and dishes.

I want you to know this before I say something that might hurt your feelings 😁, the music is too loud at times (or maybe distracting me) that I kinda don't hear your voice explaining. I love your videos and so look forward to watching you every time. This will not stop me from watching, no way. 😘

Great video, but one small thing, next time when finished you should plate it along side the rice and get better pictures and videos of the final product plated. The last footage needs to wet the viewers appetite so they will want to make it for their families. Great job.
