- Raul Menendez Rampage! In this mission, Alex Mason, Woods and Hudson tries to capture Raul Menendez with the help of Panamanian Defense Forces. But first we control Menendez the Berserker, as he attempts to save his sister Josefina. A really cool and memorable Black Ops 2 mission!

the casting in BO 1 and 2 was just perfect (except for Hudson that had actor changed). it totally feels like movie. Sam Worthington is very underrated actor

Hudson was played by Ed Harris in the first one and Michael Keaton in BO2.
Both are quality choices.

It’s a lot of voices I never knew back in the day. I do don’t know Sam Worthington was mason, ice cube was bowman, Michael keaton was Hudson. Mike Harper is Merle from TWD.
This is probably the only singleplayer mission in the cod franchise where you play as the main antagonist.
Its kinda weird that cod never did that again
Modern combat (a killzone/CoD clone on mobile) did something pretty similar every mission

In Bo1, you play as Reznov for a mission. Yeah I get it, he's not an antagonist, but if you think about it he brainwashed Mason and fucked up his mental health just to get his personal revenge for Dimitris death. He wasn't a villain like dragovich but it is often overlooked that he wasn't a hero either

@@Dannymart_88445 Mason would assassinate more US targets if Reznov didn't change his targets on his head. So i am not considering him as antagonist since he helped Mason and sacrified himself for him on Vorkuta.

P.S. Jonas Savimbi (who you fight alongside in the mission 'Pyrrhic Victory') was actually a real African warlord who fought in the Angolan civil war and the Angolan war of independence.
I just love how you can play as the protagonist and antagonist in the main campaign

This is one of my favorite mission in BO2 Campaign I like the action the neck snap scene at the end very cool hand to hand combat scene and the theme I kinda thought the trees and water ponds made it look a jungle

Literally. You can tell he's slowly more and more like Reznov as the games progress. I.e during the Russian roulette scene in the 1st game, even after Bowman's death and others he keeps his composer. But after he gets out that hole with Mason you can tell something's off. He was always pissed. But in BO2 he's waaay more battle hardened and vengeful. He's way more irrational and logical. If it comes to guns blazing he's your guy. In the mission "Suffer with Me" Woods says "I may have question orders but I never question motives, you take care of your unit. You get your guys HOME SAFE. Chain of commands fucked. I'm a soldier, I take orders and I get shit done". Sounds a lot like our WaW protagonist right? "But I was a soldier then, I still believed in following orders".

If you add up the time for all the cutscenes for this level it’s about 25% of the videos runtime. This is my biggest gripe with BO2s campaign. I thought I was playing a video game, not watching a movie

Don’t get me wrong this is a fun mission and all but there Is a glitch where when you complete this and go on the next mission, and if i die on the next mission it takes me all the way back to the beginning of this mission its really frustrating because I’ve played this so many times over and over again just to die on the next mission. -then it restarts the whole mission. -what do i do to fix this glitch?
