Nah what made this game horror and really scary was the first ever zombies map ever in history of call of duty was nacht def untoten this intro basic but very scary could never play that solo in the daylight neverming fucking night and I was 9 or 10 when around this time 12 years playing call of duty and proud of it coming up to 13... brings me back to simple times getting home for primary school Friday night getting on the game with the boys on co op campaign or multiplayer it’s actually making me right now rethink my whole past and now my future as I’m now realising I’m 20 inApril. Don’t know if anyone else agrees if I had unlimited wishes I’d ask for only one wish and to re-experience my whole gaming childhood the moment I played games up to the age of 9 waking up one day on Christmas to getting this game and the adrenaline and excitement build up to downloading it I actually wanna cry so bad how much good times are coming back ;(

One thing that nobody notices is that colors speak for themselves, they trigger a very strange feeling. For an example, red represents nervous feeling and it is very much distracting. There is a reason why hospitals can't be painted over red, it wouldn't make feel any person comfortable and an distracted person could very likely have panic attacks and etc. Blue and green however are the colors of nature, which you can see, is many ones favorites

Потом уже когда он умер, а я чуть повзрослел, бабушка рассказала, что пара осколков в нëм так и осталось, возле позвоночника не смогли вытащить, так и оставили. I finished cod 1 and 2 4 years ago, i still want to replay them, old call of duty had soo much war intro them, no skins, no paychecks.

Wow this game really held up well. I love the beginning it's like the "Enemy at the Gates" movie scene.

The story of Petrenko and Reznov is one of the most compelling in COD

The first song that plays when they are crawling in the fountain, oh man, I don’t think any cod can replicate the feeling of rawness and atmosphere that WaW brings

The fact there is a destroyed king tiger (the tank at 1:56) is inaccurate as the king tiger didn’t enter production until January 1944, this mission takes place in September 17, 1942, a full year and 4 months before the tank entered production. This game is still good though and is a complete historical documentary compared to vanguard

Beating this shit on max difficulty involved using sgt. reznov as a weapon himself. You need to get him to move up, that was key.

We need a remaster of this masterpiece if a game. The suspense the horror, the courage is all there. This game was something! This mission was dark and terrifying

This is the only best WW2 COD and not the single new one can replace WAW story, brutality, experience and scenes

The good old days of call of duty. I remember when the first one dropped and this franchise eventually took over everything especially after cod4 dropped, it even outshined medal of honor which was the first world at War game that blew up for ps1 and 2...sheesh I'm getting old.
