SO after editing the xfade and loop end points on each sample, I dont have to save the sound with samples because the samples are already saved - im only saving the parameters, right?

I’ve been recording mine in dry to add the effects on maschine+ a lot of them come out even better. I don’t know if you’re covered pads and strings yet but that would be a good one to post up. Thanks for this.

Thanks a Bunch for this video!! Once again thanks again DDS for another great Mashine video. Ive been watching your videos for a while but I’m still on the fence about investing in the Maschine Plus so that I can get away from my laptop.
Based on what you shared during this video:
    1. Do you save the Maschine Plus CPU resources by 1st creating your patterns and then resampling the loops you create and then deleting the original track you used to create the loop?
    2. When you create instruments using the method of auto sampling your VSTs and saving those files on your maschine plus SD Card, if I had a large SD Card that has high performance, such as one that’s a UHC 300/Mb, does using your auto sampler method saved instruments tax the maschine plus’s CPU when you load it in standalone mode?
    3. Lastly, what are the functions that you’ve noticed on the maschine plus that have taxed your unit in standalone mode?
Any help with these questions based on your video will be appreciated as I’m seeking to purchase the Maschine Plus in June to use primarily in standalone mode but I want to make sure that the
CPU isn’t as bad as what I’m hearing. By the way, I have experience using the MK3.
I used to own the MK3 but I don’t have it anymore.

Good questions. You will definitely save CPU by resampling your loops and deleting the VST used for the pattern ESPECIALLY if effects are attached to them. I don't find the Auto Sampled instruments are hard on the CPU at all compared to a Massive or FM8 preset. However, the samples take up a bit of space on the SD card depending on how precise you are with the auto sampler settings. The CPU runs pretty high when I use Massive or FM8 with numerous effects on every group or sound. Perform FX can be pretty heavy on the CPU as well when there are more than 1 instance. I've had success with resampling loops and using Groups for effect buses instead of adding the same effect multiple times to each sound or group. Just remember to save a second copy of each project in case you want to edit the midi later or see what instruments and effects you used. I save my original projects with (MIDI) at the end of project name and then I use "Save As" to make another copy with (AUDIO) at the end before I start resampling and deleting stuff.

You have to go to file and export, then export from the “sound” source to export each sound as a track.
