Hi Fumi you’re such an inspiration ! I just have a little suggestion for you to implement in your exercise routine . You should teach us the proper way to breathe when doing exercise .Fumi most people don’t know how to breathe properly . We need to be in alignment with our exercise else it’s not going to work and we’ll be more tired than ever and will not want to move forward especially for beginners . Most of us breathe poorly , the proper way to breathe is when inhaling you push your stomach out so it expands your rib cage and let the air flow freely and then pull in your stomach when exhaling . Just a suggestion my dear . Can’t wait to meet you in NYC . Stay fabulous hunnie ❤

I am enjoying these episodes so much, it helps keep me motivated to work a bit more each day. These are rough as I am recovering from a frozen shoulder, but I skipped the ones the physical therapist says I am not ready for. She advised that fewer reps multipul times a day is my best bet. Several of these are the same excercises too. Thank you for sharing.
