If you choose to do gravel on top instead of sod, do you still need to do a 1-2 inch layer of sand before you out another layer of gravel?

If you have sediment in your area and you are worried about the sediment washing into the stone and settling on the fabric, it can hurt you if you are living in an area that's clay. I would still put sand down in that case. It's the only sure bet.

So you do.rocks inside the fabric that wraps the pipe and sand over the wrap, I thought the pipe.had an sleeve then gravel.and that's it
