Really enjoy your MC camping videos. What a great spot too! Great job on the foodie side of it as well. If you like that cot/tent maybe do a short video on it. Might be interested if it packs up small enough
Roland, thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I'm happy you are enjoying and motivated to keep going. I like the cot tent, however, a couple points to consider - 1. if you are over 5'8" this model is not going to work. 2. it can do light rain duty, but constant overnight rain will get some drops through. Good to take the tarp as well. Here is the link, you can check out the size. amzn.to/3RHs3Wu It's small for a cot, and worth the size and weight on the bike to me, but if you are a minimalist it's probably too big. I generally carry ˜100l of gear, including camera and food. I have yet to do it, but in theory you could leave the separate chair at home and sit on the cot as well. I like to eat well, at home and camping. I also am always looking for easy, 1-pan, and/or 15- min meals that if they are a hit at home, I adapt for camp cooking. @prohomecooks here on youtube has given me several of my camp meals.
Oh my! Your skills have advanced so far in a short time. You successfully captured the beauty of this place and used sound editing practices to produce your best video yet, IMHO. The venerable DR is serving you well. I couldn't imagine dumping firewood unceremoniously off the back of my Tenere 700 but I guess that's the freedom an older well loved DR650 offers. Congrats on reaching 1K+ subs. Ask any billionaire and he'll tell you the first million was the hardest to make.
David, thanks for noticing my efforts! picking up some new video gear in US currently. hopefully can leverage to advance further. I do really want a new bike, however I can’t seem to part ways with the DR. I am stoked with getting to 1k viewers. thanks for continuing to support my journey!
Hey man. Really like your videos. As someone who spent 14 years in Campinas and rode dual sports there but never camped you have opened a new world of possibilities. I like camping but getting lazier so thanks for the push. I just got back from a quick two week trip there and still ride my DR350. I can just hear the Brazilians warning you about the garrapatas (ticks) though. Have you had any bad cases yet? Clearly, you're not letting it stop you, bravo.
Hi Brian! Thanks for watching. Funny that you commented on the ticks. This location is the only one I have ever gotten ticks. Picked about 20 off me this time. Part of the adventure I guess. I camped a lot as a kid/teen, left it behind for many years and obviously now am back into it. they've become my very own silent nature meditation retreats, reset from the routine. So you are no longer in Brazil? I love my DR350, but the channel seemingly doesn't. Still looking for an interesting way to work her in more. If you know of any dual sport locations that would make for good camping, let me know.
Hi Pasha, thanks for watching! In this video I used 3 cameras - Sony A6400 with kit lens: amzn.to/3Hb76gr - Gopro hero 9 black: amzn.to/3n4rRUj - DJI spark: amzn.to/3NdhfNx
opa! foi sim, camping selvagem difícil de achar e tem a questão de segurança. mas, conheço alguns se quiser experimentar depois. Fazenda Guaxinduva é o do vídeo em Cabreúva
