I never thought I'd hear miss Hoolie shouting IT'S THE MENOPAUSE 😂
Nor did I 😂
Maybe it’s cause I’m old and I know I’m going to die, also took me fairly off guard.
@@josephchambers2000 yeah that was hilarious 😂
@@josephchambers2000 mate you're younger than me, you can't go around saying you're old

Joseph literally has his age in his channel profile.
3:32 Tobermory is in the middle of nowhere and has a population of just 1,000 people and yet it has a Chinese takeaway. That's how much us Brits love a chow mein.
Probably has several takeaways
Head up to the Shetland Islands, they only have six takeaway restaurants, four of which are Chinese. 👀
@@Drawyah now the question for the other two is is curry house, pizza place or kebab shop open at 2 in the morning.
I'm gonna say curry and kebab.
@@RAFMnBgamingSurely there must be a chippy!?
@@mhenderson7673 oh yeah they would need somewhere to keep the deep fryer.
Omg. It is her. That show was my childhood.
Same. I might sound weird, but the shows that toddler me watched in the 2010s have been around for longer than I thought. Like this show, it started in 2002, and some kids who watched it then are now adults! And I know I'm only 15, but it makes me feel so much younger than I am. Like 10 or something.
Same here. I’m 21 now but I still love it
I remember that TV show balamory ❤🎉😊

@@jesterquacker35 I think ms hollie is a balamory nursery teacher in balamory I think she and josie jump are my favorite character in balamory
Although I was already in my early 20s by the time Balamory came on TV, I was 'forced' to watch it by my young niece, who I often looked after after her school. The theme tune alone has been seared into my brain! The jolly show and stories were always quite endearing, even for grown up me.
I am surprisingly quite emotional seeing this, thinking how much time has passed in our lives: Miss Hoolie talking about menopause, me being 43, my niece being 27 and having a successful and happy career as a secondary school science teacher. Hey, maybe it was Balamory and Miss Hoolie who switched her on to being a teacher, all those years ago! Thanks for the memories and making kids' childhoods that little bit happier.
What a lovely woman, pure light😊
I miss her episodes!
She's hot
Victor and Miss Hoolie will always have a special place in Scottish hearts 🥲🏴
@@Blueheaven72 And this English one.👍❤️
I agree
I’m not Scottish tough but I used to watch balamory when I was a young kid and I only started watching still game like 2 years ago
Must have been a real trip down memory lane for miss hoolie being there for the first time in 19 years. It's also nostalgic for me to see her there surrounded by all the colourful houses since I used to watch balamory as a child
I remember Balamory as a child I can even remember the theme song. P.C plum and Archie the inventor were my favourite characters
Archie was my favourite character
Never thought I’d see this person again on tv again. Bless her. ❤
This brings back some memories, sitting with my 2 little boys watching Balamory. Awesome
A lot of memories haha ❤ It’s nice to see them being recognised
Watched this when I was 4/5 now 20 years later my 1 yeah old beams when balamory comes on!!❤
We've gone second generation with this iconic show omg
I’m 21. Balamory came out the year I was born. I’m making sure it goes second generation when I have kids one day
Thank you for all the childhood memories
Aww bless her, what an icon. If I could make a pyramid of my good childhood memories, she would defo be on it! ❤️❤️
Ah balamory one of my childhood shows pure nostalgia🥲
It was so cool to se Miss Hoolie again.
Hearing Miss Hoolie say "You know you're gonna die" hit me like a flashbang
I loved watching Balamory as a kid on CBeebies.
I used to watch this when I was little ❤
My little boys and me enjoyed watching Balamory....loved it 🥰🥰🥰
Kid you not this was proper childhood and being like three or whatever it's only now I realise that my parents were so invested in my sister and I watching it because my Dad was Glaswegian so it felt like he was sharing his Scottish roots with his English kids. Every single cast member in Balamory is a legend and I still think of Miles Jupp as the fella in the pink castle. I'm a quarter of a century old at this point.
Julie has hardly changed since her role as miss hoolie
I used to sit with my little fella on my knee watching Balamory, he's just shy of his 18th. Happy days for sure.
Never knew this was actually a real place. Loved this when I was a kid
It's not a real place, this is just where it was filmed.

My childhood memories will never die! ❤
Me and my mum would joke about Miss Hoolie all the time as a kid 😅 My mum would say things like "Imagine if you had to sleep with her" 😂😂😂
Strange humour
@@L1am21 You think that's strange? Oh boy, you'd have a heart attack if you knew half of it 😭
Jokes are supposed to be funny, and it's pretty weird your mum would say that when you were a kid...?
I remember Balamory. In the early 2000s there wasn’t many new kids shows on at a pre-school level. This, Bob and the Builder to an extent were the only real newer shows, Storymakers would then begin in 2002. A lot of what was on was stuff that aired in the 1980s as reruns, Bodger and Badger had just also recently ended, but was still on as reruns.
Those days were simpler. Then gain I was 3 so it was simple to us.
On Arran many years ago my grandkids watched Balamory avidly. They would come on their bikes either me to the village store to get morning rolls and I noticed that they paid special attention to the shopkeeper. She was the image of Suzie Sweet!
This is so emotional for me even tho I’m not a 2000s kid I’m gen alpha. I always watched balamory ❤
She is brutal 😂😂 " Maybe it's because you are old and you know you are going to die "
Good old memories 😊
This was my childhood
Gosh this makes me feel ancient and believe me i grew up watching this (and then i watched it more even when i grew out of the show/cbeebies in general thanks to my younger brother)
ohhhh balamory....a perfect show. my favourite character was always archie the inventor :-] and the christmas panto was an annual watch!
Holy S#!+, my childhood is there. I miss balamory.
ah balamory a show that didn't have a scary face on a house. :3 tbh balamory was always a show that i always forget existed just like Come Outside another show watched when i was quite young but always forget only to remember something about it like every 11 years or more.
Aww she seems like such a lovely down to earth woman ❤ she was my childhood
I used to fancy Miss Hooley like mad.
Guess you had high standards then...
Bring back memories
This has to be the best
I used to watch it growing up
what memories it used to be
She was everyone's TV Teacher xD
I thought miss hoolie was always chill I didn’t know her accent was this aggressive irl 😂
Balamory is the capital of that part of Scotland!
Ahhh memories ❤❤❤❤❤

I would love to visit Tobermory! 😊
Welcome back.
Fantastic!!!

All that's missing is Jack meeting them on the slippery rocks with a pair of Timpson grippy specials

Whoever thought Ms Hoolie was a Hoolie! 😂😂😂
Queen HER MAJASTY
Look at that Julie has returned back to the place Tobermory where she played miss hoolie in the tv series of balamory and was all filmed here from 2002 to 2005
What a lovely couple! Also Miss H is just the same in real life. Harry
What a way to find out that these two Scottish icons are married irl?!
Nobody recognises Greg because of his beard 😆. I didn’t know it was him until she said Greg and I’m a massive Still Game fan
Rab C nesbitt's let himself go...only joking - love the Balamory cast.
all white so beautiful
Drove me crazy this program when my much younger sister watched it
Not as bad as dora the explorer tho 😂

They need to get the residents to sign a petition to change Tobermory’s name officially to Balamory
The thumbnail is questionable
Gaun yersel miss hoolie❤❤❤your no bad either son😂😂😂❤

Did Miss Hoolie not know Mary Riggans who played Suzie Sweet had died 11 years ago 2013 2nd December
She’s highly likely already know about Marry Riggans

Wait a minute. It's real?
It's not just a set?
Càite a bheil a' Ghàidhlig??! Carson nach robh ionnsachadh Gàidhlig ann an Ballymory - neo ann an Gàidhlig, Baile Mhoire?
I wonder if she's on X or Instagram!

@@thomasruane3002For Swimming naked in the water Hahaha 😄
That water is full of raw sewage, swimming in there you run the risk of contracting harmful bacteria.
Any sources for that? There's no cities anywhere remotely close to Tobermory.
@@krashd "95% of Englands waters have raw sewage in" apparently, it was in the news. People have protested about it.
@TheTrickshot77 not England.
@@TheTrickshot77It’s Scotland though not England
Greg you dumbbell she was miss hoolie
She was weird.
Carson nach cleachdadh Gàidhlig ann am Baile Mhoire? Bhiodh e air bhith glè fhoghlamach gu h-àirichte airson clann òg agus a' cuideachadh cànan na Gàidhlig a dh'ath-bheòthachadh o chaidh a mùchadh agus a leigeil seachad oirre airson mòran bliadhnaichean.
I thought it was a made up place 😂
