It always depends. Because if you live with someone you know and share rent, it becomes low. Clothing - we only bought 1 winter jacket for each and a pair of winter shoes each (winter jackets ranges from 60-300 cad depends on the brand, winter shoes ranges from 80-300 depends on the brand and if there's sale) Cooking utensils and small appliances - fortunately its provided for us Medical and personal care - we brought a lot from our home country, so we didn't buy so much Thanks for raising these questions and I hope this reply helps! 🙂

hello po.. this depends on your employer and the length of employment. It's not the same for all. Retirement savings is optional, health insurance mostly is deducted from your wage but employers are partnered with particular insurance companies. It depends.

I think tax is not only 15 percent, you have property tax, federal tax, cpp and more.. it could go around 40 percent or more…
