Basically my dream truck
Buyer they arent priced to bad at the moment
Good to see a classy pickup with tires that arent hanging out a mile.
I used this video as reference to set up my silver 2013 FX4. Differences: 2" ReadyLift leveling kit and XD Monster 1, 18x9 -12mm offset. Loved the Nitto Ridge Grappler 33's and went with them. So, aside from a half inch less on the leveling, it is very close to the same physical setup. I trimmed the plastic valence in the front as suggested - not sure it was needed though.
The truck looks great and runs great. One detail/issue/problem though, there is tire rub while full cranking (both left and right) in reverse. It is still the case even after trimming some metal from the rear side behind the stock plastic wheel well liners. When clearance is demonstrated in the video, you can see how close the fit is but it is even closer when turning in reverse.
I love the setup and as long as you can tolerate rub in that one situations, I would recommend it.
Jim Krahulec noticeable drop in MPG?
Absolutely love my roush exhaust. I believe it’s the best sounding cat-back on the market for the f150... but since the day i brought my truck home 3 years ago I’ve been trying to decide on wheel setup. It’s gotta be the most indecisive thing I’ve ever been through in my life
Check out our gallery and see what other people have for wheels on their f150s!

Thanks! Been wondering what a 18x9 wide would look like. keep the videos coming guys!
I have a 2014 F-150 XLT 4 x 4 I put a two and a half inch leveling kit spacer in the front will instead of going with extended control arms I went with the knuckles off of a 4 inch lift so my upper control arms were not a such a bad angle where they were hitting the strut spring thanks custom offsets for doing a video like this with the problem that I had to go through furthers two different ways of doing it
i appreciate showing the clearance. nice edition to the spotlight
I called local guy about putting Roush tips on my 2013 f150 platinum, to which he said that due to where the break lines are, that a dual exhaust can't be put on. But you very clearly have them are that 2013 Ford.
I have 14 f150 with the Roush exhaust. It's not duals. It's only dual tips. 1 pipe all the way back. Sounds amazing
nice setup, if it had the long bed I'd be drooling.
I have a 2012 f150 xlt on 18x9 wheels and 285/65/18 tires with no rubbing or trimming on stock hight
I wanna do this to my dads fx4 now 🤤
😂🤙
Great set up i just put this on my 2014 f150 2x4 with a leveling kit Fuel wheels -12 and the nitto grappler 33x12.5 x18 . Thanks for the info great video.
U get the 2.5 or 2” lvl?
@@joshavery5897 actually I showed a 2" lift but it was a 2.5 lift thanks for catching my hiccup.
Perfect setup looks just rite
I'd love to know what exhaust this truck has. Sounds great.
I put 30k miles on a 3 inch level 2014 f150 fx4 and no issues. But I won't count my blessing lol I also dropped my rear block and to me the rear rides smoother
Those load range f's gotta give a pretty harsh ride
Thank you! I know what I'll be doing to mine. That looks really good.
Now THIS! Is a Nice truck! ;)
I have a 2014 FX4 and I measured the height from the top of the tire to the fender and I got exactly 6.5" in the front and 9.0" in the back so a 2.5" will even those out perfect. I never confirmed this, but these generation FX4's, always looked to me like the back was lifted a little higher than the regular F150.
Do a 2 inch trust me. Or I would recommend a helper leaf in The back. If you put groceries in the back of that truck you start squatting. That’s never ideal unless you’re after that appearance.edit: mine is a 2010 and I think the leaf pack is different in my truck. But I’d recommend researching it either way. No one wants to squat
See this is the kinds truck I want, same body style too something with a small lift and cool wheels and tires. I drive to work more than I offraod on the weekends so no need for something crazy
Definitely man, and a lot of guys do builds similar to these!
I have an 09 with 34inch tires on 20s. No trimming and havent heard any rubbing ever.
Is looks great yuo truck men is were I needed to do and my truck 2014 Ford f150 looks great!
Thanks for sharing your video
So if going pass 2 inches it hard on the Ball Joint shouldn't the Torsion Bar lift method be used instead???
Correct! the torsion bar lift would be a good option above a 2" leveling kit.
Lol what? These trucks don't have torsion bars..
Can this exact same tire and wheel package be done on my 14 fx4 without a level kit?
You'd be trimming alot Gadget. Leveling kit helps a ton!
gadgetmantwincities trimming should be pretty simple. I had to trim the air dam (3” on both sides) as well as a little on the plastic behind the wheels. Took me 15 minutes. 10 minutes was just turning the wheels left and right about 50 times to make sure I had the right measurement. Easy fix and as long as you go slow and measure twice, cut once, you’ll be good.
My dad got the same truck everything
Will those rims and tires fit my Honda Prelude?
Nice i never see ludes anymore
Omg🤦♂️🤣
Just got the same pickup about half a year ago. Had a 2 1/2" leveling kit. Previous owner put new upper control arms on. Completely misaligned. Had to get a 4" lift kit or go back to all stock to get it aligned right. Not sure how this guy didn't have any misalignment issues. UCA differences maybe?
More fords!!!
I kind of want this setup on my 2014 fx2
Maybe a stupid question But by me going this size on my 2020 f150 would I be able to fit snow chains
Great vid. I have basically the same truck just an xlt. I'm diggin those wheels. I have a 3 inch coilover lift in the front, could I fit these wheels on a 34 inch tire? Obviously the front valance would need trimming, but would a 34 inch tire rub the inner fender? The 33 in this video looks like it barely clears the back.
Check our gallery out for fitment help Jack! bit.ly/2u9cCsi
I just made an order on these exact wheels/tires. Since I load up the bed often to the point that I'm using air bags, what's the highest front leveling lift to get while maintaining some rake from the rear end,? In the video, the front fender gap sometimes looks taller than the rear.
Check our leveling kits out here- bit.ly/2yGe8su
Prorydes are adjustable if available for your vehicle
I like this very well
I just lifted my 2013 f150 platinium 3" in the front but the upper arm slams the coil should i upgrade the upper arm or upgrade spindle ?
does it only do it on full droop?
2.5 level put you level? I currently have bilstein 5100 on top setting. Seems to still have front end rake so was considering taking the bilsteins back to neutral and adding a 2.5 in level
Perfect stance
" 2013 f-15isskkk" lmao
What’s the bolt pattern? Or what pattern do you recommend, this would be going on my Jeep Wrangler!
Just google what bolt pattern your Jeep has! 🙏
Should I be concerned about installing a 2.5” Rough Country front leveling kit on my 2006 Ford F150 4x4 with 245K miles on it? It already has a 1.5” leveling kit installed and I have no issues. The 2.5” leveling kit will be installed by my local Ford dealership.
aslong as you replace the 1.5" with the 2.5" you'll be plenty fine !
Custom Offsets 10-4, thank you.
@@CustomOffsetsTV how much for the rims/tires??
4BrokeDudes get an upgraded upper control arm
What did you all use to trim the front valance? I have the identical setup with 285/65 toyos and was looking to see how to get a nice and clean trim job!
Tons of ways to do it Tanner, cut off wheel, body saw. Etc.
Do you think if I go with a 2 inch leveling kit, if the tires would rub more than the 2.5 leveling kit? Or would the rubbing be about the same? I don't mind having to trim the splash guards, but just don't know if I strictly have to do the 2.5 level. Thank you
Depends what you're driving! Check out the gallery for fitment help man! customoffsets.com/gallery
@@CustomOffsetsTV 2008 Ford F150 XL. Basic. 🤷♂️
I have 34.5 inch terragrapplers on 2 inch leveling spacers with no rub anywhere. It’s a 2010 tho. My wheels are 18x9 with a 2 cm offset.
Those are some sexy wheels
I have an 08 F1 50 FX four with stock rims but I want bigger tires what would be your suggestion? Thanks in advance for your help.
Check out our gallery and see what others have made fit on their F150s!

I wonder what he gets for MPG. I get 10 in my 3.7.
So question. I have a 2014 fx4 with 2.5" level kit, 33.6" k02 tires, it was perfectly flush with my stock fenders but i wanted it to stick out so i just got 1.5 spacers and i rub really bad on the back of the fender, i didn't bother trimming the bumper yet because it did rub so bad on the back. I can't imagine my truck being any different then this 2013 fx4... Any suggestions?
Try trimming a bit! also depends on the wheel size/offset you have too!
Hi I'm edgar from miami, I just got my first f150 2013 and i love it. I'm going to install a 2 inch level kit, will these rims and tires fit mine????
Yes it should fit!
Nice setup
Engine, motors are electric!😂
Shots rubbing on back
Does anyone know of how many different tire sizes would fit on an 18x9 rim. I’m looking to buy tires online.
Take a look in our gallery and see what different sizes look like on other peoples rides!

So a 2.5 inch level is pushing the limits per the video. Would the 3 inch rough country bolt on control arm lift make more sense?? I have a 2017 F150 XLT
They will help alleviate some of the ball joint angle stress kenneth
But your cv axle is and everything else is maxed out. So still worse for the truck.
Yes
I'm looking at a 2" level kit from Rough Country, can't find any 2.5" lift. Is it a big difference if I get the 2" lift with the wheel setup in the vid?
Shouldnt be that much of a noticeable difference!
Hey Custom Offsets, I have a stock 2010 f150 xlt. I want this exact look. Are there spacers thats letting the tire stick out alittle? I like the stance that this truck has.
The video explains it Kyle, for parts check the description
Hey Custom Offsets. In the video Shawn says the rims are (-12) offset, but the link you guys provided is (+18). Which offset is correct? From the untrained eye, it looks like -12. Can you guys help me out?
I have the same truck/year; I have 35" M/T with a 2.5" level. I am about to go down to 33" Mickey Thompson's. I think it'll be a bit better ride and MPG's.
How is this truck holding up?
@@Brianlee131 Excellent! I now have 105,000 miles on it and never replaced anything but the battery!!
@@c.juneau410 thanks so much looking at a black 1 Saturday has 71*** miles on it. Thansk
@@Brianlee131 Listen; these trucks are super solid! No matter the engine, I'm actually in car sales and these are such dependable trucks...
@@c.juneau410 $24,500 decent price? It's the same as the 1 on this video.
I have a 2016 F150 I’m putting a 2” leveling kit on. Will this same setup work without having to worry about the crash bar?
Been looking for some running boards, they really fit that truck. Where can I find some like these
Eddie those are OEM running boards
Custom Offsets nice! Where can I find them for an XLT 2013 f150 5.0. Just any website I'm thinking?
So is 2" gonna be better? I'm running 2.5" but I do tow a little and it does have that angle of the upper control arm
2" won't lift the front up quite as much as the 2.5" but will be a little easier on angles
Custom Offsets,What exhaust is this truck running?
Unfortunately we did not get that info Brandon
Dang okay, what is your favorite exhaust for a 2014 F150 with the 5.0?
It's the Roush exhaust
Can a 2013 Ford F-150 fit 35 inch mud tires on a 2.5 inch leveling kit
In the video Shawn says the rims are (-12) offset, but the link you guys provided is (+18). Which offset is correct? From the untrained eye, it looks like -12. Can you guys help me out?
Soooooo if I send Ya'll my truck to have my lift put on, do I get a "Featured" video!?!?! 😁
Correct, if it's something we haven't done yes!
Why leveling kits y’all suggest? Looking for budget beaters
Check out our website, we have quite a few different ones to choose from!
Yo what's up custom offsets, custom offsets TV, on the RUclips!
Do you have any builds/info on a 1st gen tundra double cab? 04-06. I'm hoping to run 6" lift 35s 12 wide on a 18" 10 wide probably -20 offset. or 3/2 level with 33s. Thanks man
Qrackerr check our gallery out for fitment help! customoffsets.com/gallery
Can you do 35’s with a bigger offset than this or do you have to go with the lift kit at that point?
SO ANYTHING ABOVE 2 INCH NEEDS BIGGER CONTROL ARMS
What tire pressure are you at? I have similar setup nitto ridge 33x12.5 and fuel rebel 18x9’s. The tires are rating for max psi of 80 but can’t find the wheel pressure rating…
When I was at the shop getting my tires rotated, one of the workers there was saying he would go up to 60 psi if he were me but he’s not sure what the wheel psi rating is which apparently is not always the same as the tire rating.
will these rims fit a 2004-2008 f150?
Yes they will
The audio is screwed up on this video
How reliable are these? Going to test drive this same truck Saturday. $24,000 with 67xxx miles please any feedback would help
I have the same one same color 2013..no huge problems with it as of yet.. just had a vacuum leak to the iwe luckily I found the fix but some are not that lucky
Hey can you guys show a ford level 18x9 with 2" wheels spacers see how it look
Wowww 🔥🔥🔥
How much is it for a 2.5inch lift?

Where can i find that roush exhaust tip?"
I have the a 2013 5.0 and im.oretty sure the exhaust it cat back kit. I have the same one but the one that goes straight back
How did you say ford f150 again at the start?
badass 👍👍
Can u post link for exhaust ?
i want it.
How bad did this effect the mpg of the truck?
It will effect it
Like how much are we talkin?
I did this to my 2011 Ford and lost 3-4 mpg.. was almost 20 mpg with the Ecoboost. After was barely making 16.4
Pls i need 2006 f150 rims18x9 and what is the prize pls
Do you guys ship to Canada
We ship worldwide!
Hey man what's the song that plays after the intro. It starts at 33sec into the vid
We usually use on house beats or short clips so we don’t have the info sorry!
What lift is this?
Jared, it has a leveling kit. Check out leveling kits in the description !
So I have a 2018 Ford F-150 and if I got fuel mavericks 18x9 and Toyo open country 325/65r18 if I went with a -12 offset would it stick out the same width as it does here?
Check out the gallery on our website! It will show what other people have made fit on their 2018 f-150s!

Would’ve looked better with a 2” level and 20x9 rims with 33’s
looked ???? its not about looks its about function ....looks ..pshh
Has an after market 5.0 badge, but a stock Flex-Fuel badge. Sus. That's no 5.0.
Super sexy.. My only concern, no room for mudd flaps on the front.. Keep gravel and salt off my paint as much as possible!
What about with 35 /13.5/18
,35/12.5/18
What series tires are those? 65 or 70?
They are 33x12.50R18 - not a metric size.
send me the link to buy this kit ..
Links in description!!
Can I fit 33's with just a 2 inch level?

whats with everyone wanting to show off their cash? Just put a fucking tape measure on it so I know what I'm looking at. You do know how to read one right?
