I got SO EXCITED when I saw this video in my notifications. 🤩 one of my main goals recently is to get outside every day with my daughter too! The weather in midwest USA is still warm, but it'll get more challenging the colder it gets. 🥶
6:16 roasted pumpkin/squash is definitely my favourite autumnal ingredient :D Maybe not the Hokkaido one (not my first choice), but generally I absolutely love it! And the combo you've prepared was just so great! Lentils and pumpkin are a fantastic match!
@@GoodEatings Thank you so much! 😊 Would love to know what your daily routines look like now in these times, any specific activities you enjoy doing right now? Going for a walk is certainly something i do, but at home i find it harder to find fun activities to do.
11:28 Thanks for recommending their channel! I already know I am going to like their recipes! The dish looked super flavourful! And I am sure the addition of cabbage was a great idea- I always add some to asian-inspired noodle dishes!
Thank you for the amazing content and positive vibes - your channel has been a refuge for me during the chaos of the election here in the US. My grandfather was an immigrant from Småland, so I love to see the beautiful videos of the area!
You inspired me to buy the Le Creuset dutch oven you have, even in the same sky blue color (so happy and bright)! and no regrets, its such a beautiful way to cook and so happy I splurged. Thank you for the beautiful video Malin! Blessings.
I'm so glad you enjoy your new cookware! I use mine all the time so I'm convinced you'll get lots of use out of it and like you said it's a treat cooking in such a beauty of a pot. 😊🤗
Love your video SO MUCH! I could watch them for hours!!🥰 love the recipes, love the atmosphere, love autumn and the color of your sweater!! You look fab, everything in your videos is perfect! Love love love everything! Big hugs to you from Switzerland🍁🍂
This was so calming to watch!! I just discovered this channel and subscribed immediately. Plus you really seem to have very balanced diet full of filling meals (the only thing I would add is a dessert after dinner ;). Otherwise, great inspiration!
I'm always so happy to watch your videos. Sorry I don't leave many comments, but your videos are so relaxing and nice to watch, even in the background while I'm doing something.. Your recipes are always so simple, comforting and beautiful and I love your content so much! From the music, beautiful edit, and your lovely voice, they're one of my favorite videos on youtube.. Hope you're having a lovely day..
Thank you kindly for leaving this lovely comment and don't worry about not commenting! I'm the same most of the time. I'm very glad you enjoy the channel 😊🤗
Everything looks very yummy and I always enjoy your music choices. Thanks so much for all your hard work coming up with helpful ideas and making these videos. Oh, and I’m in Washington State, USA - just in case you like to know these things.
2:16 Soooo comforting and delicious! Is there anything better than a warm bowl of creamy oats when it's gloomy outside? One thing would change is not pouring extra milk over. I am definitely a thick-porridge type of person :D
As always the food looks delicious and comforting! 💚💛 a small tip for the hokkaido pumpkin: you actually can eat the skin of the pumpkin and personally I think it tastes even better that way! 🎃
I love your videos!! Usually never comment but just wanted to let you know that you can actually eat the skin of the Hokkaido pumpkin. But you can take it off as well if you prefer it that way of course!
As lovely as ever, this video is helping me embrace the Fall weather that is just beginning here in California. I am about to move and I so look forward to setting up my kitchen to serve my chosen way of life. I think your idea about meal prepping that lentil salad is a great one. I am hoping one of my California contemporaries will comment below on a good soy mince option, that’s faux (vegan) ground beef to my American compatriots. I also love that you added the cabbage to that dish, it looks so warm and comforting. I do not yet own a beautiful Dutch oven but it is on the short list...trying to pick a color is hard when they are so pricey!
Sounds like your nice is going to offer some lovely new opportunities 😊 It's very hard to choose a Dutch oven colour for sure, they really are an investment. We inherited ours so didn't choose the colour actually. If live a green one from Staub as my next big kitchen investment. Also for mince in the US I hear Beyond Meat is meant to be good 😊
Always inspiring, the lovely atmosphere you create is as nourishing as your great vegan food. Have you ever tried just putting the whole pumpkin in the oven and cooking it that way? It's very easy to peel and core after cooking. Yum will use these recipes. Thank you.
Love your videos!😍 Every single video is full of inspiration and great tips! I watch your videos for really long time and I can really see how you have improved! One of my most favorite channels!☺️👍😻
Great video Malin and recipes that will keep us warm and cosy now that we're in the Autumn & Winter season. Keep safe and well and unfortunately Sweden is no longer on the travel corridor list for England(at present they are in lock down but it will be back to a 3 tier system after the 2nd December and the safe travel list will apply then) but I don't know if it applies to Scotland as well.
Very happy you liked the video! And yes unfortunately everyone will have to stay put for a while longer. Hope you are doing okay dieing the lock down so far!
Ypur food looks delicious! What is the music that you are olaying in the background? It is beautiful, it would be great for Christmas music. Please let me know. Thank you
Hi Marlin, I m a new subscriber! Your dishes look so appealing... I enjoy little peeks into your days and travels...and ideas to make these darker days more cozy... I was wondering whether you have a recipe for vegan coconut yoghurt🤔?
Hi there and welcome 😊 So glad you enjoy our videos! Unfortunately I don't have a recipe on my website or channel but Minimalist Baker has a good one 👍
How long did it take to prepare the pumpkin/gresskar? I've no idea how the rest of the video turned out as it was interrupted by RUclips's pandemic exploitation advertising bombardment campaign. Completley ruined the koselig stemning of fairy lights, late winter/early afternoon light, and a long purring kos with the feline. Most defintely need a cup of tea! The salad looked beautiful under Rob's exceptional filming talent. I will see you on Instagram! Hej do og ha det bra!
PS Just to be clear: There is no ad blocker within the RUclips app. There is no watching a video in the browser without signing into google, or barring that, having the video held hostage by unreasonable cookie placement demands, all of which I reject.
Hi there all the way to Florida 😊 I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! I use rapeseed usually to sauté which is also called canola oil. I think this is not a very popular oil in the US if I'm not mistaken due to the GMOs. You can use (not toasted) sesame oil is you prefer or any other oil that can handle a higher heat. 🤗
did u say your partner complains that your hands smell like oranges?? haha that would be a PLUS in my book! i think that orange/mandarin/citrus smell is heavenly! it and vanilla are 2 of my favourite scents in the whole world!
Your extra touches elevate every dish.
thank you kindly for this sweet feedback!

Thanks for the tip on the ginger
Seasoned rice vinegar is sweet. If you just add a little sugar to the regular rice vinegar it would taste the same.

definitely gonna try the noodle one👍💕! first let me figure out where to find soy mince like yours😅
Glad you want to try it 😊 I think any vegan mince would work! It could be fresh or frozen or even rehydrate dry one 👍🤗
If you could make what I eat in a days for those of us who are on an extreme budget and don’t have much for food that would be awesome
If you added carrots and flat leaf parsley to that noodle dish, you'd have what we call here in the Philippines as Pancit :)
