Very helpful, especially regarding "whacking" the relay, and swapping it with the horn relay; but also showing where all the A/C fuses are located. If these don't work, you've got problems with the compressor, but you know where you stand! THANK YOU!

Thanks for that man. Couldn't figure out which fuses I needed and found that they had removed the condenser fan fuse. Recharged and good to go. Thanks

Couldnt you just test the relays by putting them where the horn goes and then test the horn?

QUESTION. so my compressor is shot and is making all kinds of annoying sounds. when i start the car. we are in winter right now and i dont need ac so im just gonna buy a shorter belt to only run the alternator at the moment until i can get some money to buy a new compressor, evacuate the system, and do all that jazz so i dont have to listen to the annoying sound the pulley makes. what fuses should i pull to make sure that no power goes to the ac compressor?

I put the key in to ON position then the both radiator fans kicks on (even on cold temperature) but they will shut off when I start the car. Is it normal?

My 2002 civic with only 32k is blowing hot air thru ac. I don't think it's the compressor never heard any noises or rattling. Went from blowing ice cold air to hot overnight. It will not take charge, reading on the gauge is red. Any ideas I would appreciate it.

I have a 2003 honda civic Hybrid, 2 weeks ago the air conditioning began to fail, when the temperature normally reaches more than 98 farenheis inside the car the air no longer works, then it passes 10 minutes and I continue driving the car, it returns to cool again, Spend about 15 more minutes driving in the heat and it heats up again, I turn it off and then turn the air back on and it is cold, or I leave it on, it passes about 15 minutes and it works normally again, it will be some fuses or sensors, what can you suggest, thank you

Mine started overheating a few weeks ago. I had a new radiator put in. Now, it overheated again today, with the AC running. It went down a little when i turned the heat on, but didnt go all the way down. My mechanic now says to "change the ac relay" and that "the fan is probably not going on high speed". I know nothing about this and Im at my wit's end.

THE TECHNIQUE IS CALLED HALF SPLITTING.ISOLATE THE CIRCUIT.RELAYS HAVE CONTROLPRONGS 12VOLTS D.C AND GROUND THE RELAY SHOULD CLICK,IF THE RELAY DOESNT CLICK REPLACE RELAY.
