I have always found this song so inspirational. The lyrics are so powerful. It gives us the hope to push through hard times. When this first came out, I felt like they wrote this song for me! Every time I am struggling with life, I will put this on, turn up the volume and scream out the lyrics. It is like a kind of mental reset. 🤣🤣🤣. You should watch the making of MV on BangtanTV. The poor babies were so cold. It’s really interesting to watch the making of videos - it shows just how much work goes in to making these epic MV. Most of their songs have them. I’ve been thankful for the boys ever since they found me. I’m an aspiring writer and I’ve been working on a book which I had the initial concept since I was 14 (2004) over the years I’ve done bits and pieces, but I hit a depressive slump about 4 years ago and had done NOTHING on it. In this past 6 months since they came into my life, I’ve started working on it again, at this stage I’m only working on world building and character development, but it’s more than I’ve done since 2018. Not only have they inspired me and given hope that I’ll publish it one day, but their personalities and own characters have given me a background of one of my characters that had none. I had no idea how to build his past but now, NOW I have enough to create a whole prequel to this story eventually. Even if they themselves never read it, I think now that I have the motivation (along with my passionate disgust for my current job) I will finish it and get it published it’s my goal for my 30s 💜

Did you realize this song follows Spring Day on the You Never Walk Alone album? Not Today is BTS 's answer to the question: so what do we do about the injustice of the Sewol ferry tragedy? How do we respond to the institutionalized pushback against seeking change? BTS gives us MLK 's stirring words and their own in an anthem for social activism. No wonder the Korean establishment has always looked sideways at BTS. And you're right, RM is awesome in the MV, truly the leader of a band of seven wolves as Hobi says. I totally agree with you! Part of the reason I consider myself an ARMY is because BTS feel genuinely grateful for their fans. I feel like some artist take fans for granted, but BTS love us just as much as we love them! It's honestly amazing. They have so many songs they made specifically for their fans! Like no other artist outside of K-pop does that! I also find it so touching that Jungkook LITERALLY has the fandom name tattooed on his hand. BTS are in this with us & it's such a great feeling.

I love the look on your face when they danced in a triangle on the "ice"! It mirrored my own the 1st time I saw this (then I showed everyone I knew: "just LOOK at that! Look how amazing and in sync they are! ") . And as to what you said in the beginning, in general all of their music helps me get through the day, especially since my husband of 30+ yrs died on Jan 1st of this year. But the other day I was driving home, feeling like shit, sobbing as I drove down our rural road, and this song came on. I started laughing through the tears and I'm all like, talking to myself in the car " fuck yeah boys. Not today!" And it did help me through that day. It was kinda amazing actually, because shortly after that " love myself" came on and at least for a bit that day, I felt like I could actually do this. Sometimes I use it like a mantra, singing loud with the CD in my car, when I'm going at work, knowing that the day will be bad and harsh and I have to repeat for myself "if you can't fly, run, if you can't run, walk, if you can't walk, crawl" ... A quote by Martin Luther King and the conclusion is "whatever you do you have to keep moving forward". That's what I try to do, every day. BTS help me so much ! Their music, lyrics, their messages, their love, but also the exemple they give to us, keep moving forward inspite all the storms and bad things they have to go through. Theses guys are incredible, and so special, as you said. Personally my top song of BTS in my playlist, when I read the lyrics it made me cry bec I was at my lowest then when I watched this mv. Like you said the lyrics just hugs you. I'm working 10.5 hours a day getting back to life after cancer treatments and dealing with a stressful life. They just lifted me up and I'm so thankful to BTS, I'm in clinical remission. The one regret I have is that I did not know about BTS sooner. I just came to know about them in 2021. Jimin's "LIE" live performance was pushed to my feed on RUclips. I watch dance videos, which is why Jimin's video was pushed to me. I could not believe the talent of this man. I loved his vocals and his dancing.....beyond words. I had to know who he was and.......bam....down the BTS rabbit hole I went. They are true humanitarians. If you look up "humanitarian," you will see a picture of BTS. They are pure souls. I have always found this song so inspirational. The lyrics are so powerful. It gives us the hope to push through hard times. When this first came out, I felt like they wrote this song for me! Every time I am struggling with life, I will put this on, turn up the volume and scream out the lyrics. It is like a kind of mental reset. 🤣🤣🤣. You should watch the making of MV on BangtanTV. The poor babies were so cold. It’s really interesting to watch the making of videos - it shows just how much work goes in to making these epic MV. Most of their songs have them. I’ve been thankful for the boys ever since they found me. I’m an aspiring writer and I’ve been working on a book which I had the initial concept since I was 14 (2004) over the years I’ve done bits and pieces, but I hit a depressive slump about 4 years ago and had done NOTHING on it. In this past 6 months since they came into my life, I’ve started working on it again, at this stage I’m only working on world building and character development, but it’s more than I’ve done since 2018. Not only have they inspired me and given hope that I’ll publish it one day, but their personalities and own characters have given me a background of one of my characters that had none. I had no idea how to build his past but now, NOW I have enough to create a whole prequel to this story eventually. Even if they themselves never read it, I think now that I have the motivation (along with my passionate disgust for my current job) I will finish it and get it published it’s my goal for my 30s 💜

Did you realize this song follows Spring Day on the You Never Walk Alone album? Not Today is BTS 's answer to the question: so what do we do about the injustice of the Sewol ferry tragedy? How do we respond to the institutionalized pushback against seeking change? BTS gives us MLK 's stirring words and their own in an anthem for social activism. No wonder the Korean establishment has always looked sideways at BTS. And you're right, RM is awesome in the MV, truly the leader of a band of seven wolves as Hobi says. Aren't we glad they're on our side?

I totally agree with you! Part of the reason I consider myself an ARMY is because BTS feel genuinely grateful for their fans. I feel like some artist take fans for granted, but BTS love us just as much as we love them! It's honestly amazing. They have so many songs they made specifically for their fans! Like no other artist outside of K-pop does that! I also find it so touching that Jungkook LITERALLY has the fandom name tattooed on his hand. BTS are in this with us & it's such a great feeling.

I love the look on your face when they danced in a triangle on the "ice"! It mirrored my own the 1st time I saw this (then I showed everyone I knew: "just LOOK at that! Look how amazing and in sync they are! ") . And as to what you said in the beginning, in general all of their music helps me get through the day, especially since my husband of 30+ yrs died on Jan 1st of this year. But the other day I was driving home, feeling like shit, sobbing as I drove down our rural road, and this song came on. I started laughing through the tears and I'm all like, talking to myself in the car " fuck yeah boys. Not today!" And it did help me through that day. It was kinda amazing actually, because shortly after that " love myself" came on and at least for a bit that day, I felt like I could actually do this. That I wouldn't die, wouldn't just exist, but I would live on and even if I fail in my endeavors, I felt that at the least I wouldn't go down without a fight. Love your reactions 💜

TODAY WE FIGHT ! Yeah ! Such a good inspirational song. Sometimes I use it like a mantra, singing loud with the CD in my car, when I'm going at work, knowing that the day will be bad and harsh and I have to repeat for myself "if you can't fly, run, if you can't run, walk, if you can't walk, crawl" ... A quote by Martin Luther King and the conclusion is "whatever you do you have to keep moving forward". That's what I try to do, every day. BTS help me so much ! Their music, lyrics, their messages, their love, but also the exemple they give to us, keep moving forward inspite all the storms and bad things they have to go through. Theses guys are incredible, and so special, as you said. I'm 58 years old, and I have NEVER feel for any artist what I feel for BTS and the seven members, and no one has the same impact on me than they have - in my whole life. Personally my top song of BTS in my playlist, when I read the lyrics it made me cry bec I was at my lowest then when I watched this mv. Like you said the lyrics just hugs you. I'm working 10.5 hours a day getting back to life after cancer treatments and dealing with a stressful life. They just lifted me up and I'm so thankful to BTS, I'm in clinical remission. That's why I love them OT7 😍

Watching BTS really helped me keep my mind focused on something other than my medical issues. I’ve been a fan for about 2 yrs, and I just love BTS. They are so awesome! You hit the nail on the head. BTS gives so much more than they receive, and that's no shade on ARMY! ARMY loves BTS and is loyal to them BECAUSE we know how much BTS loves us and how hard they work. The one regret I have is that I did not know about BTS sooner. I just came to know about them in 2021. Jimin's "LIE" live performance was pushed to my feed on RUclips. I watch dance videos, which is why Jimin's video was pushed to me. I could not believe the talent of this man. I loved his vocals and his dancing.....beyond words. I had to know who he was and.......bam....down the BTS rabbit hole I went. They are true humanitarians. If you look up "humanitarian," you will see a picture of BTS. They are pure souls. I cannot figure out how "haters" justify their hate when it comes to these young men. Ok, you may not like their music, but is that a reason to spew hate? Thats right there's just something special about them. I still remember on 2013 i fall for them the moment i listened to No More Dream without knowing who they are. I could related to that song lyrics at that moment and their music really healing me a lot. My friends keep mocking me for loving a no name group yet i cant stop falling for them. Yes! That purple hair look on RM was something else!! Love his verse after the intro and noone but he could have delivered it that way!! And the whole MV was a movie and the fact that everyone was freezing during the shoot...it was that cold! But one couldn't tell from the output!
