Greg abbeys delivery of the last lines in this episode are so intense and I love it. He's obviously sad about the loss of Kallen but is determined to avenge his friend. It's beautiful.

These Dark Signers don't seem to know when enough is enough. I mean taking advantage of a messed up kid is about as uncool as you can get.
Well Kalin gets his excuse because growth in the satellite is a harsh land and it's amazing how Yusei, Jack, and Crow still kept their sanity from being in there as long as they did.

A lot of the people they recruited are victims. Greiger lost his family and friends, Misty lost her brother and nearly died in a car accident, Carly fell out of a building after getting pushed away by Jack, Kalin lost his friends, you could even say that Roman had issues in regards to having both marks on his body and having the two forces tear him apart, Rex lost his brother to darkness. The only one who _wasn't_ a victim was Devack.
He died of starvation and he was alone poor guy

Now thinking about it. Kalin was probably the most powerful and dangerous dark signer. His combo into ultimately summoning his Earth Bound Immortal from the start would throw a wrench into anybody not named Yusei. If it wasn't for the personal grudge between Him and Yusei he could've trumped everyone there.

His strategy revolves around not having any cards in his hand. Great strategy...
I mean the anime version of his Earthbound Immortal card is immune to spell/trap effects, which coupled with its other special effects is borderline broken.

Considering how big of a sport pro dueling is and Crow's motivations to give the kids in his care decks so they could duel and be respected like he was, I could see someone losing the will to live if they lost their's permentantly.
In the original Japanese version, Callen actually murdered a sector security guy. And sure that's bad, but what they did to him in prison? Way worse.
They beat and starved a minor to death. And if I remember right, I think there was also electrocution involved too.
So Callen's psychotic break and thirst for vengeance is actually very understandable

The moment Kalin died, Roman was fucked, cause now Yusei was out for blood instead of just for his home.
He took advantage of a damaged kid who sacrificed everything for his home. He was willing to fight a private military to accomplish his goal.
Kalin you and Yusei are now even because you saved Yusei from falling off a roof and Yusei saved you from the dark signers.
8:35 he couldve avoided killing a cop and in turn, the torture he got in prison by the guards if he climbed the ladder to escape. He would eventually be arrested but not become a dark signer
However kalin wanted the satellite to himself and that is how everything led up to this moment imagine how different the story would be had kalin not been the manic dark signer he had become

Man. Yusei and the others went through a lot defeating the dark signers. Usually the bad guys plans are thrawted before anything really bad happens but they already are seeing so many friends and loved ones being taken left and right. I know the dub is questionable in a lot of ways, but Yusei's VA nails it. I love his passion, anger, quips, and even sadness.
There hasn't been a group of villains this close to success since Dartz and his lackeys in the original Yu-Gi-Oh.
When did Yusei get such a power dragon card. Boy you badass never seizes to amaze me.

When yusei activated a trap called "Synchro Striker unit" he said "I can now increase Max Warriors attack points by a thousand". He misread that for Junk Warrior and the trap works for synchro monsters.
Also, it wasn’t specific but Synchro Striker Unit also drops the equip monster’s ATK by 800 on eqch of the controller’s End Phase.

AS much as I love this show, I never noticed the Minor Continuity errors before.....
-People calling Spells Traps
-Kalin having a red mark instead of a purple one for about 2 seconds

It's the most powerful in this series along with Uru (Greiger's Chacu Challua came very close, with 2900 attack points).

Animation error. Both Japanese and English versions had this error.
Kalin clearly never got the picture. Sector Security wasn’t just some other duel gang. Even if they had beaten them that night, nothing would’ve changed. Security would’ve just kept coming after them again and again (like Trudge did to Yusai) until they finally lost!
I mean to be fair this is YuGiOh a series in which one of the main Characters after having a bad day took over and entire world using his deck so more ridicules things did happen in this series before.
Also as Kalin was apparently Okay with killing the beaten officers would New Domino City eventually run out of personal that would even dare to go to the Satellit were Cops go to die.
So if there could have keep winning (which given that main Character dueling powers would more then likely allow) could there technically lead a successful gorilla war against Sector Security.
One hundred Eyes Dragon looks like a darker version of Gandora the Dragon of Destruction.
