Yusei calling Black Rose Dragon “Blood Rose Dragon” is a dub error and that it’s Ruddy Rose Dragon’s Japanese name when it released in a much later time. So there.

Well ... not completely true , in Aki's situation at least . The real reason is that one of the female Japanese VA's ( I think Carly's ) was found out to be a part of a REAL cult during the series's filming . Thus , wanting to avoid any accusations about having connections with criminals and cults , they decided to scrap the Arcadia Revenge Arc . Crow was supposed to be the final Dark Signer but the previous development forced TV Tokio to alter their original plans and make Goodwin the villain . The transition was , thankfully , smooth and without any repercussions since Crow was INSANELY popular as it was his Blackfeather ( Blackwing for the Dub ) deck . That's why when Iliaster were casted as the main villains of season 2 they turned them from cult figures into post-apocalyptic time travelers . Search it , it's an insane article when you read it .

@@motodog242 It should be noted that some of it was more her own misunderstanding and her own vision. She was sent to a school and it was because they wanted her to learn to control her powers so that she could have friends and other connections.
I mean, let's be real, the only real bad thing he did was call her a monster and he apologized right after.
The rest was more her own perspective of the situation being warped than the actual truth. Though, to be fair, she was a kid.. and sometimes those assumptions are natural when she herself was believing that. So her misunderstanding just confirmed things she felt she already knew.
@@motodog242 let’s be real would Akiza ever know he tried to see her
Or would Sayer ever let him come close to the building
Stardust dragon and Black Rose Dragon could be old friends.

I mean they’re were teammates in a war against several ancient primordial evils so…
Akiza: stop trying to reach me. I get your trying to save.
Yusei in his mind: I want to save because I love u

I love this episode it shows how people feel and how no one knows ones pain
Is it just me, or does it sound like Yusei calls Black Rose Dragon Blood Rose Dragon towards the end of the duel?
i think thats the japanese name

In the end she was a teen with daddy issues
A 15 or 14 year old with daddy issues

Yeah but Akiza is too angry to see that.
@@RenaldyCalixte To be fair, it's a situation of perspective vs reality.
She perceived her parents sending her away as them trying to get rid of her when it was really so that she could learn to control her powers and maybe gain some friends so she wouldn't be alone after they died.
She saw them being happy and assumed that it was because she was gone when it was really just them having a break and enjoying each others company.
It was all the way she saw the situation rather than what it actually was.
All I can think of is Carrie but with a happy ending. You can’t tell me they weren’t going for Carrie when they made Akiza’s character. Lol

Fun fact: Akiza and the Arcadia movement (not to mention Leo) was supposed to get a lot more story, but was shafted because of Crow.
Well ... not completely true , in Aki's situation at least .
@@panoskakkavas4022 Yeah, I read this before. I just abridged it basically. But I will say the transition wasn’t totally smooth. The final season was never dubbed and felt very rushed with Leo becoming a Signer in the last few episodes.
@@darkpaw1522 Thankfully , this mistake has been rectified , since are provided with the series's subbed version in Crunchyroll , giving us the complete plot without any altercations .
