He's honestly the worst Dark Signer since he was just tossed into the mix in terms of motivation. Zeman the Ape King gets more fleshed out than he does. Granted the Dark Signers are more or less puppets to their Immortals and him lacking any real substance illustrates that pretty well, but he still feels like he's only there so they could make a full rainbow with the Immortals.

If anyone doesn't know, Rally lost because he summoned Turbo Booster Cannon. Turbo Booster Cannon's ability is to destroy a monster on the field and the controller of that monster takes damage equal to its attack points. Since Uru has 3000 attack points, Rally took all of it. 4Kids made a slight mistake saying he took half when in reality he took all of its attack points.
