How do you feel about improved melter then taking multi melt as first tech? I've tried it every game I get it offered and seems quite good as then the range is only 10 less than normal melter if opponent didn't also take it
multi melters are op even without improved, reason why he lost is simply due to bad unit composition, lacking chaff clear and hes chaff got chewed up like cotton candy. dont know what he could have done to win this though, mustangs become a menace, maybe stormcallers with fire but still i dont think he could win especially with the tower down that he couldnt have prepared for since the wasps typically can kill rhino.
Haven't really tried it recently. But i used to take improved melter a lot in past metas. Good idea with going instant multimleter with it, worth exploring more deeper
