  • Welcome to THE TACO DOG RUclips Channel! In case you’re wondering, a 2017 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road (TACO) and a 2012 Australian Shepherd (DOG) = THE TACO DOG.
GEAR: 23zero Peregrine Shower Enclosure. Need a shower while camping? Want a changing or enclosed area for a toilet? This product may be what you are looking for. Attached to and paired with my Yakima RoadShower, it sets up SIMPLE, FAST and EASY. I used a washing machine hose, shower head and adapters found at Ace Hardware. I then used garden hose quick disconnects for connecting to the pressurized tank. The Yakima RoadShower tank solar heated the water to 90 degrees (F). A surf grass mat provides an area to stand on.

Do you have any pics of the brackets you fabricated? I’m going to be mounting my shower enclosure to my road shower as well. Thank you

Can’t add a pic to this thread but I used C-channel steel about 1 1/2” wide and 4 inches long for the bracket. The road shower has a T-Slot. The shower enclosure has two T-Slots. I drilled 3 holes in the bracket, 2 aligning with the shower enclosure T-Slots, and 1 in the center, all mid-line in the bracket. I mounted the closed end (back) of the bracket to the road shower tank FIRST, using a short carriage bolt, a thick nylon washer spacer, and 2 stainless steel washers to push the bracket out from the tank using the T-Slot. The nut tightens inside the bracket channel and pulls to the tank. I then did the same with the shower enclosure, going in the opposite direction, with carriage bolts coming from the T-Slots, going through the bracket, with the nuts tightening on the back of the bracket facing the tank, between the bracket and tank, pulling to the shower enclosure. When done, the shower enclosure bolts are top and bottom, the tank bolt center, in opposite directions. You need the nylon washer for offset to clear the shower enclosure nuts between the bracket and tank. Hope this helps.

@@thetacodog thanks, o just used the brackets that came shower. I cut them, then heated them and bent them into C. Worked perfectly.

Did you find all the shower head/nozzle parts at the hardware store?

Thanks for asking. Yes, I did, local ACE. It took some pulling stuff out and fitting it, but it all came together.
