You’re welcome! 4 and 4 will work too! With the dual sense settings I have. I do use a precision ring on my right stick which is allowing me to use higher inputs like 11 and 11 and the -5 on the Dualsense edge. If you don’t use the precision rings try setting it at 0 or -1 on the dual sense edge (right stick)

Linear will feel more sensitive but when using a precision on the right stick it will help you control it. Precise on the controller also slows it down and running -5 or anything in the negative will loosen it up. -5 works for me. Everyone is different. Experiment with what I used and lmk what you came up with, 6/6 should work just fine I am at 11/11 but using a precision ring on my right stick which lowers the sensitivity of the stiff.
lets see some videos that show how to use the paddle correctly, or just learn how to set it up to experience the value of the paddle for ones self, videos, that im finding are extremely long for set up use

I'm used to dynamic aim assist I tried your dual sense edge settings with linear and it felt like my aim assist was turned off switched back to dynamic with the same edge settings and that feels night and day better for me.
I was just testing again. And I feel dynamic does feel better overall and made the switch. Turned aim assist off and tried linear and dynamic and dynamic felt more accurate and comfortable
I am using the BLACKSHARK V2 pros by RAZER . Solid headset but no desk top doc like the artics nova pro. The mic is pretty good for a headset mic. Audio is good best when using the THX Spatial Audio on the computer which is an additional 19.99 plug in/feature to buy.
Does have a free custom menu on the computer which is great. Has pre sets for games and can make your own custom EQ. But the THX app/add on takes the headset to another level
If u change the response curve to precise or anything like this it will mess your aim assist Just let it default. Just try to quick scope with a sniper and u will see how bad is the precise curve and the other ones.
I haven't experienced that myself, Then again quick scoping is something I don't use or try to do often. But if I do I will pay attention to this advise, thank you
Probably a dumb question . But is -5 precision stickier than +5? I use dynamic in game. On pc my edge feels great ( theres no stick curve adjustments on pc ) and on ps5 my aim feels chopper and inconsistent
I felt -5 allowed me more comfort/control when using a precision ring on my right stick. The higher it was like 0 and going +1 and up it felt more stiff and no control. But if I had no precision ring on I would be at 0 most likely. I am using Linear right now. Less “sticker/aim assist” but allows more control and fine tuning aim. Compared to using dynamic which causes more stiff/sticky aim assist which is good but also can be bad at the same time. I’d rather have more control of where I’m aiming and shooting such as crucial hit points chest/head and when they drop shot or strafe I’m not fighting against the aim assist.. sorry for the long explanation 😂

Maybe the curve type in game and the Dualsense edge curve type ? But for me when using precise I don’t feel much negative effects. If anything I feel more fluent when moving around and aim assist feels the same.

Oooh! Yeah the pc doesn’t have the software to customize settings. I did see a video the other day there is a third party program on pc that will work with it but it’s costs $ and I didn’t watch it all the way through to see if it was good or not.

Costum is a sensitivity of its own, if you dont choose it it wont matter what you change it to, i use 1.5 its between 5 and 6 sens

Custom aim only matter if you choose custom. Doesn't matter what's the value if you didn't choose it will not take effect.
