This is just part 1! Be sure to watch it all the way through because the next vids I'm gonna be continuing straight in the deepens with little to no recap. This next one is more direct to the story and its potential outcomes unlike this which was more about structure 😊
This is honestly one of the coolest and most interesting (and most likely I think) theories I’ve seen breaking down wtf is maybe going on with timelines and stuff in this whole remake. Great video man, I am subbed 🔔 and waiting for more!!
Hit like for uneducated interpretations of science!! 👍😂 I'm no Hojo ok... never go full Hojo... I think it's so cool though that these parallels of 8,5,2 just keep appearing again and again. Interestingly they are the beginning of the Fibonacci sequence (including 3) and the 8 is our core ff7 team. There's the eightfold path of Buddha. and 5 + 8 layman precepts in buddhist code of conduct. The list goes on and on. Basically whether Kojima's inclusion of Yogacara is intentionally or unintentionally weaving all of this. FF7R has entered the remarkably succinct vortex of how universes and dimensionality is considered by science and multiple religions. COOL!
Why are there 5 versions of everything? Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith, and Red all at the end of Remake became a part of the singularity. They are heavily exploring the concept of dreams again (like FFX) and the singularity at the end of Remake is the mechanism they are using to create the separate worlds.... but of course none of that convoluted stuff will be explained outright because that's what Final Fantasy has done for a long ass time.
(not) totally unrelated but interesting comment I read on another RUclips video.. Theorising that GR and QT cannot be unified, because GR is a state describing past events and can be measured while Q(field)T is a description of the actual present and future where a form of uncertainty must exist in order to express free will
JUST LIKE THAT YES! Its a cool concept emptiness. It's either pure illumination or hollow vacuity. Cloud's gotta decide what to do with it, like the empty white materia :O
I gotta do another chapter 14 run. I hope I don't have to know all this advanced science to understand what happened at the end I saw what happened I get it but I don't get it. I hope that in part 3 they will give official explanations in the final part hopefully good video I know that there is a lot of complex stuff surrounding memories in many of these games Final Fantasy 9 did a very good job with memories. I have my own ideas about existence and memories that are philosophy that I've been building for 18 years. Welp, back to chapter 14!!
So i noticed Aerith changed the edge of creation when she came to help clpud. Instead of being a endless universe its more akin to the wgite we see that represents the promised land. I think and call me crazy, Cloud is dead and trying to fight the last remnents of Jenova S cells. Aerith Zack and others are giving their aid to help rid Cloud of Jenova before entering the life stream aka the promised land. How tragic if it turns out Cloud has to be sealed like a Gi in order to prevent Jenova from entering the life stream...
I love Max but he's (and I'm ashamed to say this) a basic ass bitch. I'm afraid that your theories will go in one ear and out the other. Then again Max looks like an intellectual god when on the Easy Allies podcast cause those guys are even worse. It's a cascading list of myopic stupidity. I did however LOVE Max's theory that FFXVI is a novel come to life, rather than actual happenings.
Oh did you just decode the type of multiverse does ffvii remake has? Cause to me your interpretation of it was the same as the type 4 multiverse which is the ultimate ensemble type of multiverse.... 1 universe constructed by 5 or infinite worlds and each worlds are constructed by infinite dimensions
Its semi-canon. Written by a different author but approved and signed off on by Nojima himself. For all intents it is canon, especially considering it is close to identical to lifestream chapter white. Which is canon. Everything in it has the same tone parallels, especially when it comes to Aerith's perception of Cloud and her desires. Its actually even more canon now based on Rebirth that has literally played events out to us that were in maiden and LC1.
To me it's all just a bunch of religious mumbo jumbo. (This coming from a Christian) but I can understand the impact this theory has for the story and frankly I hope it's true. Because of how whacky and zaney most of this sounds it'll make FF VII's Part 3 be more of a fever dream than Part 2's ending which I loved beyond measure. Games are too safe and sterile and too afraid to be weird these days. I love when fantasy games go WAY OUT THERE and venture out the realm of logic for fun. I say, do it more often.
Remaking a game that didn’t originally have anything to do with String Theory or Buddhist Aggregates is the most pretentious thing I’ve witnessed aside from anything Hideo Kojima has made since Metal Gear.
I'd find it pretentious if it weren't for the fact they have kept remake also remarkably grounded in the faithfulness it does have. And the sincerity of how the characters and their arcs are handled. The aggregates are not so beyond the OG, a world of mentalism was always weaved into the story. And sciency stuff. But no doubt thats all been expanded significant on both fronts. I personally think its cool we are seeing another one of the 10 schools of bhuddism being portrayed through the game
@@FinalFantasyPeasant "sincerity of how the characters and their arcs are handled." A game where originally death was permanent and now it's treated like a toy straight from the production line of the MCU. I don't find that ever sincere.
@@LOP4795 you know that its possible to actually make in depth commentary on death and impermanence by being high fantasy with the concept of death? FF10 actually some of the most profound commentary on death. Some say death is utterly trivialised in it. But it couldn't be further from the truth. The same for FF7R because frankly we have zero clue of the outcome yet
well the insanely high critic and user scores seem to disagree. Shame it was a mistake for you. Wish you were over here on the side of the fence that is loving this industry W
@@FinalFantasyPeasant most poeple like shiny things on screen over substance, stuff like marvel, star wars, and cod prove that, as long as it looks pretty that's enough, it's a shame this is what FF7 ended up as, a convoluted mess of multiverse nonsense only good for theory bait.
@@Gigamokinsmall brain alert. Come on man, the performance of the game has issues. It has not got 0 negative or mixed critic reviews because of the graphics, it's because of the game, the mechanics, the love, the story, the voice acting. It's left 7 OG in the dust, genuinely. And 7OG is my GOAT game.

Great observations! I actually made a video about this some time ago!
Finally a theory with yogacara that goes in a direction that makes sense. Looking forward to next part!

Five acts in Loveless. Five rings in Mushashi Miyamoto's Book of Five Rings.
PEZ cooking up will never bore me at all
To summarize, fuck IGN and their negative influence on the fandom.
IGN are not the villains we want, or the ones we need XD

Om, the closing track from In Search of the Lost Chord by The Moody Blues. 😛
Very cool and interesting theorizing!
I couldn't understand anything 😭 but great video ❤ and I hope your next theorys are more simple 😂
For anyone wondering what the version of jenova is at the end of the video, its JENOVA by Rameses B
heck yeah it is. One of the grooviest groovers there is!

There must be at least five different versions of the original Star Wars trilogy by now...
Would be good to hear the Peasant talk to the Prince (Maxdood) about these theories / lore
That would be cool asf

Sure, why settle for just one sephirot? ALL THE SEPHIROTS!!!1
I've... watched Evangelion recently, btw. I went to see Alien Romulus to detox.
Are YOU a cretinous science Hojo type or a shaman hippie Aerith type? 😆
8:23 hippie Aerith! ❤
I'm both a spiritual and Science type which make me a sephiroth type
