As a more experienced stepper, the great thing about the 128 bpm is the ability to focus on what my muscles are doing - instead of doing knee ups on autopilot for example, I can focus on my abs, glutes, and quad contractions.

Did this one again today. Thank you for having such a variety of levels. I started out doing another step at 135bpm and my body just said nope, not today. After lying on the floor for 5 minutes asking myself if I’m not doing step today or try a slower class I found this one again. 30 minutes later so happy I chose to move. Thank you!

Loved this one, I almost didn't want it to end! My legs felt a bit brutalized from the 2 leg workouts this week, but this got my legs nice and warm so I could do some extra stretching. Added on day 30 of the stretch/mobility series to get some additional stretching, my body was thankful for it. Thanks Chris!🎉🎄

My first time doing this workout.....I am SO uncoordinated and lacking a step riser....I stumbled through and will now accept the challenge of conquering....just like your kickboxing, abs, aerobic and strength training videos......this newbie is LOVING your videos !!!!
The bpm was perfect for me to add an extra riser to challenge myself. The 5 count rocking horse was the thing that got me 😮. Thank you for another great workout. And who would do anyone else’s workout? 😂

So at the end I tried it at 1.25 speed and that gets your heart rate up even more! I didn’t feel the need to as my heart was working just fine - even as an intermediate stepper - but I was curious if it would meet the cardio 👸 need and I can say YES! ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏🇨🇦🍋
