  • In this first part of the series I design and create a wire buck from scratch.
    This is the process I use every time I build a bike from scratch. It helps me visualize what everything will look like , but more importantly it allows me to get my paper templates (next part coming soon) to transfer on steel . And also gives me my map to how to get the shape. I also use it to gauge my material during the shaping process.

    what is your mig voltage setting for tacking the 3/32 filler wire? Looks good!
