After reading a few of the first comments, I'm so disappointed and disheartened that people do not recognize Daniel Radcliffe has already had a breakout role... Damn near his entire filmography is a breakout role. He does things in such a charismatic and different way that he cannot really be compared to another child actor or an adult at this point in time. I have continued to watch almost every movie that he is in as well as television series' and I'm always impressed and never disappointed with the movie or his acting.

The find that they all have fine qualities as young actors. They all did an exceptional job in the Harry Potter movies. Good luck to all of you in your future endeavors. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I don't think you like the things Daniel Radcliffe has done, and to be honest some of them seemed a little out there for me. But his works are vast and some of them are actually pretty darn good. So there's no reason to be calling him overrated. I think all three of these actors have created an opus in their childhood no less. So now with their adulthood they're just doing what they want. And why not as long as they're not hurting anyone.
Odd that JK Rowling would insist the boy who played Harry had blue eyes, since Harry had green eyes in the book. They even tried green contacts on Daniel, but he was allergic to them.
To be honest Daniel out of the three has come to become an actual actor with some great performances throughout the years he’s only getting better and better. yes after HP he was overrated but after he did a few indies and he’s grown to be a good performer.
I just subscribed to this channel as I am a fervent admirer of this actor, who I had NO Idea of the amount of work he did while alive. Now I can watch some of these films which will be a happy experience. However, it will ALWAYS be Snape who I will adore.. Hogwart's had to replace the original actor who played Albus Dumbledore (Richard Harris ) after his death for six more Harry Potter films. I never thought (to this day ) that anyone was as good as Harris. So I am sorry he had to be replaced. Glad to have this new channel I haven't known till now. Thank You!
I had no doubt there was life after Harry Potter for these very special people. As a teen my boyfriend's mom read Lord of the Rings everyday outloud to her family. She was brilliant. I fell in love with fantasies. Harry Potter exceeded every hope I had. I read the series as well as watched the movies several times. It's wonderful, teaches acceptance of those who are different and to never underestimate. We've lost so many of the actors since it was made. I get to hold them dear when I rewatch HP. Live on Harry Potter, the boy who lived. ❤
The sad part of the sorcerer's stone movie begins in the second chapter of the book. It would have been cool if they had added in at the beginning of the movie with the 1st chapter of the book. It would have made loads more sense in telling of his aunt, uncle, and son as to their "muggle" life before Harry arrives at their doorstep.
You said around 11:48 that he HAD to have blue eyes. That's not correct. Harry Potter had GREEN eyes. Dan still got the roll but was given contacts. However, he was allergic to the contacts so the producers were going to digitally change his eye color in post production. But after a conversation with JK Rolling, She said his eyes will be fine blue for the film but they must make sure they match his mothers eyes because thats an ongoing part of the book.
Rupert Grint is a wonderful actor, and I can`t understand why he hasn`t been offered more successful roles. Whatever he played, he was great at. It was not his fault that the movies weren`t a success. They seem to handle their lives admirably. It has always been extremely hard for actors after succeeding in very recognisable household name roles. I wish them all the best. I hope they find their contempt and happy spaces in their personal and professional lives.
Amazing journey of three kids into the magical world of Harry Potter and beyond. From childhood fantasy of magic and wonder to unexpected adult hood journey the trio does amazing work both in the reel and real life. They surely are iconic and fans still look unto them to still contribute in the post covid and un- expected Ukraine war confusion🙏
Personally I am a continual fan of the Harry Potter series… But their personal lives is their personal lives, as well as what ever beliefs they hold or place opinions regarding. As for Rolling’s statement, she in my opinion is a high tower of success in the form of a fairy tale come reality… like that of Cinderella but her publishing agent was her ‘distant prince’: However my disappointment regarding the new ‘woke’ concept, is that it’s ideals are being ‘forced’ fed to the public. Yes people need to be educated regarding diversity… but not like they are doing… it is wrong.
Has it ever occurred to any of the people that push the "woke" agenda that maybe homophobia is a real psychiatric condition caused by real trauma? Do they have any idea how much harm they are causing by shaming people for it? It is directly contrary to their declared message of tolerance.
It's not a real human being reading this documentary i think. I presume it's A.I. reading a text that a non-native speaker wrote, because the emotional intonation is als very often off and it's full of little akward language mistakes.
Can you really do a full biography of three people who are all barely in their 30's? Might be a far more memorable role in their future, they could all be acting for another 40 years.
Are you high? Obviously they have plenty ahead of them but they all have like 20 years in the business...first off theres no reason to believe they didnt do enough in that time to warrant a biography. Secondly it's even more to think they'll ever have bigger roles in another movie. These characters are less than once in a life time characters and these three will forever be known as Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
@@2BigFooted Shut up, clownshoe. It clearly states full biography, so even one with your meagre intellect should be able to grasp the problem here. One of them could put on the worst acting performance ever, like Bo Derek in Tarzan and that'd be pretty memorable. Or die on set. Or get a very juicy role and do well with it.
So many child stars come out of their experience in acting, a broken shell of themselves, some even committing suicide because of the pressure. But all of the actors that appeared in the Harry Potter series seem to have made it through the heartaches and pitfalls of acting and becoming famous at such a young age. Much of it has to do with the parents, and the support of the directors and crew on the films. In America, the film industry is notoriously abusive of child actors, and has been for decades. Although there are some directors who don't behave that way, even in the USA. I am glad these three have seen the success that they have earned after "Harry Potter" ended.
Personally I love Rupert Grint the most out of the 3 and I think he has the biggest talent out of all of them and was just spot on as Ron Weasley. But I have to say I am very impressed by Daniel. He does so many different things and is absolutely not afraid to take any role. He really grew the most over all those years and has become a good actor by working very hard.
I think Dan has definitely tried to take more risks and overall been the most successful with the most diversity in roles. I think consensus was that Emma overall had the most natural acting talent but since the Potter series, she hasn't really taken on roles that really challenge her. She has done the party girl role, the Disney princess/damsel in distress roles, etc. But nothing that deviates far from that. Rupert, I think is the most humble of the 3 and honestly think he was tapped out on acting after Potter. I think he's only continued to take on other roles because he doesn't want to run out of money.
Rupert Grint was fantastic in a dark comedy called “Sick note.” Very talented, wonderful timing…I was very impressed! Daniel Radcliffe just can’t do anything wrong in my eyes, he’s just very talented. Emma Watson is also very good, but I’ve not seen much of her work to be honest. Watching this today has made me appreciate her as a person and her values are spot on. And she’s beautiful…that never hurts! There all very accomplished actors and they all deserve all the success they aim for. 😊
Hi everyone it's Maryanne here poor Daniel Radcliffe he got bullied at school because he was becoming an actor those boys were jealous call Daniel Radcliffe jealousy doesn't get them anywhere Daniel Radcliffe is a great actor just like Emma Watson and Rupert Grant and all the actors from Harry Potter a very good I love it😍
Your enthusiasm is awesome and admire your standing behind the cast, however mt would be very much easier to read your post if you used punctuation in it.
My son closely resembles Harry Potter. He has the glasses, the unruly hair and the green eyes. He even does a passible British public school accent. He's 25 now, but if they ever cast for a post book 7, Harry as an adult series, give me a call.
Harry Potter was green eyed and JKR said in an interview that the eye color wasn't the most important part of the character. Also, Daniel mentioned that had tried green contacts, but had a reaction to them so they had to go with his naturally blue eyes. -Donna
It's a HAPPINESS seeing EMMA - RUPERT - DANIEL become the center of attention of the world, since their childhood until now.... These three have been through good and bad times, difficult moments, fame pressures, and they are strong - shinning - inspiring🌟
The commentator kept refering to them as "the boy" or "the girl" why couldn't he say their names? Emma, Daniel and Rupert, it was a very long winded presentation
Sounds like the script was writen by the hound from game of thrones of the narrator is the sort that would read "Long Pause". The script covers a lot of the same points multiple times too.
It's not a real human being reading this documentary i think. I presume it's A.I. reading a text that a non-native speaker wrote or possibly machine translated, because the emotional intonation is very often off and it's full of little akward language mistakes. Like the one you point out. They're getting better but the robots still can't cheat all of us ;)
Well, they clearly don't. Since their disgraceful treatment of the woman who gave them their greatest break makes them nothing but ingrates in my eyes.
I have always loved how Harry Potter has bought generations together, being able to talk to all walks of life is a gift and this brings us all together 😀 Well done Can't wait for the Broomsticks in the next one oh yeah I have the Broomsticks down the side of my car and the Sorting Hat on the Bonnet Take Care God Bless Stay Safe Drive Careful Have a wonderful day 🐾🕊️
I gotta say this. Emma Watson has been a pro feminist since she was a child. And she cant seem to keep a relationship with anyone for more than a couple of months. And now shes given up entirely. She is the last person to take relationship advice from. Just saying.
GREEN eyes...he had to have GREEN eyes. they changed to blue because he couldn't wear the contacts. JK said the actor who played his mother Lily had to have blue eyes that matched Radcliff's
I love to phrases: Rupert: " i love bringt a dad. I don't yet know, what it's all about, but i love it!" That's the most accurate description ever. And Emma:" Man have the right to be weak and women have the right to be streng!!!". That is so true. And it is about equality not a domination of women.
The one thing I would steal from the HP set would be the invisibility cloak and turn it into a invisibility one piece to be able to sneak into the cinema or take free bus/train rides :)
They are still remarkable and amazing people may life always treat them kindly , and may they always find home within... and may all of it bw filled with love.. Btw... Thanks
It's not a real human being reading this documentary i think. I presume it's A.I. reading a text that a non-native speaker wrote, because not only is the emotional intonation very often 'off', it's also full of little akward language mistakes, especially pronouns and name (re)placements.
Radcliffe still has time to make his breakout role after Potter but I think he'll have to be older before that happens. All though his Weird Al film is coming soon
I remember when Harry Potter came out it was a so huge I was working in retail when it came out everyone was talking about it so I decided to check it out myself. And I fell in love with the books as for Hermione I forgot she was a blond because Emma embodied the character so well I can only picture her as a brunette. Plus she became Hermione in real life by continuing her studies out of the young cast besides Robert Pattinson Emma & Daniel were able to shed being typecast. The rap Daniel did on Jimmy Falon was amazing & who here can see Danny as Wolverine?
The actress playing Lily had blue eyes, and Radcliffe couldn't tolerate contact lenses. So both had to have blue eyes. The eye color is never mentioned in the movies.
@@Shan_Dalamani yeah, only they fucked that up big time in Deathly Hollows when they cast a brown eyed redhead for Lily….I mean, come on, how often did we have to hear…you have your Mother‘s eyes for them to get it right?

I also have all the movies and every so often I will have a Harry Potter marathon just because.
It is great to know how their lives have taken them to new professional adventures. Great actors!
Odd that JK Rowling would insist the boy who played Harry had blue eyes, since Harry had green eyes in the book. They even tried green contacts on Daniel, but he was allergic to them.
Amazing vid! So informative.
But you can’t just pop Harry Styles upon my screen and expect me to not audibly GASP😭 I was so shook😭
To be honest Daniel out of the three has come to become an actual actor with some great performances throughout the years he’s only getting better and better. yes after HP he was overrated but after he did a few indies and he’s grown to be a good performer.
ive seen a couple of films post-potter from both dan and emma, and they were outstanding in those roles. they are simply excellent actors
I never thought
(to this day ) that anyone was as good as Harris. So I am sorry he had to be replaced. Glad to have this new channel I haven't known till now. Thank You!
I enjoyed this piece very much!
Thank you for making this examn of the three Potter-stars!
Could you imagine Daniel Radclife playing Wolverine in the MCU?
It would be amazing
He'd have the height , but would need alot of roids and correct gruff attitude. Not sure if he can pull those off.
Rupert would make a better Wolverine. His height and build is more similar to Wolverines.
@@RJMiller73 uuuuuum what? You do know that Wolverine is pretty short right?
No - he’s only bout 5ft 6
Hugh’s 6ft 2
And way more rough and buff
Thank you for sharing this information with us. Well researched
Thankyou for a walk through of three of my favourite HP people.
Personally I am a continual fan of the Harry Potter series…
But their personal lives is their personal lives, as well as what ever beliefs they hold or place opinions regarding.
As for Rolling’s statement, she in my opinion is a high tower of success in the form of a fairy tale come reality… like that of Cinderella but her publishing agent was her ‘distant prince’:
However my disappointment regarding the new ‘woke’ concept, is that it’s ideals are being ‘forced’ fed to the public.
Yes people need to be educated regarding diversity… but not like they are doing… it is wrong.
Agree
Rollings is the real Cinderella story come to life.
agreed.
Has it ever occurred to any of the people that push the "woke" agenda that maybe homophobia is a real psychiatric condition caused by real trauma? Do they have any idea how much harm they are causing by shaming people for it? It is directly contrary to their declared message of tolerance.
Agree. To have production companies sideline her at the 20 year retrospective is insulting. She created this universe.
I think that we should be tolerant of everyone. Not dependant on sexuality or skin color. We are all people!!
Exactly 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
34:50 Worcester is pronounced *"Wooster"* as it is a quirk of English place names, like Leicester being pronounced *"Lester".*
We will update it one day
Are you high?
I am glad these three have seen the success that they have earned after "Harry Potter" ended.
they have all grown up perfectly
I want the sorting hat for sure!
Emma is incredible! She kept studying and did well! ❤
Who do you like the most as an actor?
I think Dan has definitely tried to take more risks and overall been the most successful with the most diversity in roles. I think consensus was that Emma overall had the most natural acting talent but since the Potter series, she hasn't really taken on roles that really challenge her. She has done the party girl role, the Disney princess/damsel in distress roles, etc. But nothing that deviates far from that. Rupert, I think is the most humble of the 3 and honestly think he was tapped out on acting after Potter. I think he's only continued to take on other roles because he doesn't want to run out of money.
Escape From Pretoria was a good movie.
Rupert is the best actor. Excellent facial expressions. Then Emma.
@@desertrose6516 I really like him in Servant on Apple TV
@@alitaylor1235 Rupert has a property empire. He’s not going to run out of money.
Thank you for making this.
I love these three! ❣❣❣
So glad they are all doing well. They are all amazing actors including Tom Felton. I just love Rupert in Sick Note probably my favourite . ❤️
Wow eye opening. What a great cause Emma! I always wear bamboo cotton blend clothing. Very fun and interesting look into your values.
My son closely resembles Harry Potter. He has the glasses, the unruly hair and the green eyes. He even does a passible British public school accent. He's 25 now, but if they ever cast for a post book 7, Harry as an adult series, give me a call.
Invisibility Cloak and a time turner.
Yes that drove me nuts!
It's not a real human being reading this documentary i think. I presume it's A.I. reading a text that a non-native speaker wrote or possibly machine translated, because the emotional intonation is very often off and it's full of little akward language mistakes. Like the one you point out. They're getting better but the robots still can't cheat all of us ;)
Brilliant conclusion indeed ✨✨✨✨✨✨👍👍
Daniel didn't ask Harry Potter, Harry Potter ask him to act for this lead role
These actors' disloyalty to Jo Rowling was an act of woke, ungrateful treachery.
I know it's kinda lame but I'd love some of the big story daily prophets they had. it's like a time capsule and to read all of them would be cool.
I have great admiration and respect for JK Rowling
Well, they clearly don't. Since their disgraceful treatment of the woman who gave them their greatest break makes them nothing but ingrates in my eyes.
@@glenp3985 They are just dead fish following the hatret stream like most everyone else.
They don't owe her anything. She said things they disagree with, and that's on her. She is in the minority. She had to know it would be controversial.
Pity they all don't. After she literally made them
I have always loved how Harry Potter has bought generations together, being able to talk to all walks of life is a gift and this brings us all together 😀 Well done Can't wait for the Broomsticks in the next one oh yeah I have the Broomsticks down the side of my car and the Sorting Hat on the Bonnet Take Care God Bless Stay Safe Drive Careful Have a wonderful day 🐾🕊️
I gotta say this. Emma Watson has been a pro feminist since she was a child. And she cant seem to keep a relationship with anyone for more than a couple of months. And now shes given up entirely. She is the last person to take relationship advice from. Just saying.
Why when speaking of Daniel in David Copperfirld is there a picture of 'The Play that went wrong' by Mischief theatre company??????
the map or a potion from snaps store I grew up being a massive fan lots of us were on edge we didnt know what school they would go to first ❤
Very good Bio! Nice!
GREEN eyes...he had to have GREEN eyes. they changed to blue because he couldn't wear the contacts. JK said the actor who played his mother Lily had to have blue eyes that matched Radcliff's
And they even screwed that up cause the actress who played young lilly had brown eyes.
I can't understand why you labeled Daniel as an overrated actor. I think he is on the same level as Leonardo DiCaprio.
Daniel is a fantastic actor !!
@@carolbulzone4852 Fantastic? I suppose he does well as a plank of wood.

Not close to DiCaprio, but he's not bad
Good work always pick something fun to do and think about your family 👪
I love to phrases: Rupert: " i love bringt a dad. I don't yet know, what it's all about, but i love it!" That's the most accurate description ever.
And Emma:" Man have the right to be weak and women have the right to be streng!!!". That is so true. And it is about equality not a domination of women.
Emma I love all her movies
I loved Emma in Beauty and the Beast and The percks of Being a wallflower rockssssssssssss
I know Emma’s parents are divorced but Rupert’s parents divorced when he was 12 surprised me.
Dobby, of course! 😁 and Rupert Grint.
I keep thinking that Richard Harris was in this movie!!
Wow that’s cool finding that out.
Btw... Thanks
I love these guys,
I mean the Picture of Chris Miller is stored in my Tablet!😊
These actors never have to work again.
No they don’t have to and never would have if not for JK -
They were subject to their parents spending decision
They don’t, but if they want to, they shouldn’t have to stop.
This is interesting, but why do you keep referring to Emma Watson as “the girl” long after she became an adult?
Yes, it was very noticeable, distracting, and rude.
The author is Clive Backster!
Both my brother and my Sister have heard this story before!
She definitely dates up. Love it.
Is there life after Harry Potter? Has been absolutely Excellent!! Cheers 🥂 to all three performers and God's Blessings of Love ❤ to all three!!
I loved "the circle" with Emma the most, but it was a bit scary!
💞💗😍🥰😘💗💞
He Had to have Blue eyes? Harry has Green eyes!!!
You said Potter actor needed to have blue eyes. Wasn't it green eyes?
