I don't know what kind of a person I'd be if I spent my adolescence under the spotlight like this, but I doubt I'd ever come close to being as grounded and gracious as Daniel Radcliffe has been in every interview I've seen him in.
I can see why the question about him quitting Potter riled him. Around the 4th-5th film there were a lot of rumours about whether the main trio would stick with the films or if they would be recast. They were not always treated that respectfully by the press/fans, and a lot of times it probably would have been easier to quit. The fact they committed to stay all the way to the 8th film was a big deal.
Yeah but I'm sad seeing anyother person in harry potter cursed child its just were going to remember how they were used to be friends but id think that they would be friends (which is probably sad) I'll miss them czzzz I'm a big potterhead (and noone can change that) !!!!

He's the sweetest guy I've ever met. I met him in the theater after his broadway show was over and I asked him for a hug, he said "yes" and let me hug him. It was the best day of my life. Wow 😳 is that you? Nice to meet you here again, I have even forgotten so soon lol 😂 I'm so sorry about that but too many things on my head. How long have you been a fan darling creature?
I love how he actually not only answers the questions but answers in honest details and gives us fun facts. I also love how he doesn’t claim he doesn’t remember, or just rushes through the answers like others do, cause when they do that it’s like what’s the point. Daniel knows how to make your time worth it, and he’s not ashamed of his unshamful career. (Ps I never thought he looks much like Elijah Woods)
I think people compare them b/c both were main characters of big fantasy franchises and afterwards, they went on and did their own weird things without really looking back.
I love that he embraces Harry Potter, usually actors who have been in stuff like that have ended up talking about how they hated it or pretending it never happened
Beans I was actually thinking it was asking who he supported politically. As for JKR, he stated that he disagreed with her, but never got any more vitriolic than that, which is a very admirable show of maturity on his part, I would say.

It's cool that he's so chill about so many people knowing him for Harry Potter. I can imagine how for an actor, always being known for only one role could be irritating but he doesn't seem to mind.
The funny thing is that Elijah Wood is so similar. It's not just that they sort of (?) resemble each other, he also has that same energy...and was in LOTR, but he also picks all this quirky genre stuff just like DR. It's interesting!
Funnily enough 😅 I feel like Elijah Wood is also really normal and down to earth considering his acting career in LotR. He’s probably even more grounded and up-to-date than Daniel even though he’s older. He is really hilarious and is a fan of video games.
The fact that he’s not on social media and having the same age as me, makes me very happy and gives me comfort. The fact that he has the self-awareness to know that he should stay off social media is testament to how chill he is
Yeah I remember him saying once that he avoided it because he knew he would get pissed off and go on rants and it's like, yeah that's fair haha
Putting his mental health first is a smart decision many celebs (and not only celebs) should follow too.
I was sure he preferred the 5th HP
It’s really psychological, Harry gets more mature
And the relationship with Oldman as godfather is amazing! Great chemistry
Seeing him be so grateful for a restaurant respecting his privacy is so heart-warming and heart-breaking at the same time. His life is certainly not an easy one, and yet he is still such genuine, kind and gentle human being. I hope a knighthood will come is way soon, he deserves it!

I have a feeling he prefers traditional media rather then being in social media. Being part of producing movies seems to be more his thing.

The fact they committed to stay all the way to the 8th film was a big deal.
emma wanted to quit around the 4th or 5th film
