these demonstrations. In his documentary dvd The Soul of Shaolin Martial Arts he demonstrates a number of types of Soft and Hard Qigong. You can purchase the movie on Amazon.ca or at the school in Richmond. Here is the answer to your question 'he is from Shaolin so can he break stones with his head because i have seen many videos about qi gong and they can break stones with their head also can you ask him to make a video about that'
Shi Xing Wu (Shifu Yuan) does know many styles of Qigong including health Qigong and the Hard Styles of Qigong like Iron Shirt and Golden Bell and can demonstrate breaking bricks/stones/metal ingots/staffs on his head, chest etc. He has made a video with
