omg stepping onto this video is maybe the biggest step into finding a game from my childhood, it was a DS game that had a very similar artstyle and graphics but all that I remember about it is a swamp where a giant op snake can spawn on the map with a cutscene.
When you and your bros get ambushed by monsters in the forest, but a bunch of weird faeries show up to make you feel super strong so you know it's gonna be alright
Laguna is the most sensible party member because he uses a sub-machinegun in battle. Irvine is a close second, becuase he uses a rifle, but he's too showy.
Anybody else here get a Streets of Rage vibe from this classic FF battle theme tune? Even as a kid i noticed this music was unique to other FF music, and in its very own awesome way ❤️
