I'm from Ireland myself and was a kid when these came on the scene. I have to say - immense cheesiness aside - this stirs up some warm, fuzzy memories. It was a really great time for Ireland; the prospect of lasting peace in the North seemed assured, economic growth had just stepped into overdrive, and a bunch of Irish musicians and pop acts seemed to be making a name for themselves internationally. Fun times, honestly.
I also love their song, Blame it on the Weatherman! Another Irish popstar to check out is Samantha Mumba - Gotta Tell You. They played her music video on Disney channel as well.

Edele and Keavy are actually Shane's sisters not cousins, and are not only sisters but twins (Big Boyzone fan here who also has both of B*Witched's albums!).
This song is a sort of guilty pleasure. Loved it when it came out and it's such a happy pill. Bottled happiness. From a musical quality standpoint it's very surface level and almost infantile. But such a bop.
