@@user-ku6tr4vd6z What experience do you have in praying? How do you know what didn't occur as a result of prayer? Seeing a complete stop of evil requires something more than prayers by a few. The results of prayer are a lot like anything else, the more you put into it, the greater the results. Yet, we live in a world set upon doing its own thing regardless of God and unwilling to follow the ten commandments. When a society is filled with people who follow God's moral law, summed up in the ten commandments, there is far less evil, shootings, crime, etc. Obviously... even you could see this. That is the purpose of the moral code: to create a society with people who live in a safe and happy environment. And what does your pov have to offer about happiness and freedom from crime? Since it is your pov that is responsible for unleashing evil? By that I mean your pov hates, disregards, downplays and demeans all that stands for freedom from evil being expressed, and the result is what we have today.

You are welcome to come join us anytime. We love people who come from the North, provided they come down and don't try to make things like they were back where they came from. It is a realt concern in Tennessee in towns like Knoxville and Nashville, which are booming because of a great economic environment and low tax rates. However, if enough people move in who take advantage of those things but then begin to vote for the way things were back where they came from, the South will be like everywhere else. Native Tennessean and Memphian here, hoping you Canada folks can at least come see us at some point.

@@janettamcgee8124 Nope won’t be attempting to change folks in a new place. I totally get that. Alberta is the Texas of Canada so by nature we are similar.

I had some friends that were from he north and they ain’t no where CLOSE to having a southern ID. They don’t understand our way, so they quit being friends with me 🤣

When he was listing off the BBQ types I was like "The correct answer is all of the above" Can't go wrong with any BBQ. Hell I love some Korean BBQ as well.

By the grace of God I was born with a southern card. But almost had it taken away when I had to move to California for a short time. But I got to keep it because I wasn't gone a year.

Four way stops here in Texas (Waco), always seem to end in a politeness standoff, where everyone is telling the other person to go, giving the right of way. We all know that the person who goes first is going to feel like the rude one. You gotta love the South, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I would probably go first-so no one else has to feel bad doing it.
Just like how I’ll go up and take the first piece of sheet cake because everyone’s waiting and it’s getting silly.
Even though I don’t eat cake.

As someone who was born in NJ but has lived in TX, NC, and VA... IT'S THE FIRST PERSON WHO GOT THERE! It's faster for you to just take your turn! Waving at me to go first isn't polite, it's just HOLDING EVERYONE UP!
