Well done defeating Zosimos new friend, I remember this boss fight was annoying to deal with, he is one of the worst people to fight in all of Monster Sanctuary, but you did it, and please don't forget to feed your monsters, the food does make them stronger, and the shift stones can Dark Shift or Light Shift any monster in the game, so all monsters can be shifted to a Light Shifted Monster or a Dark Shifted Monster, and they make your Monsters stronger to, depending on what shift you shift them into. Light shift Frog and two headed Snake are a really strong duo due to the frog's crazy buff builds (safe cast is op). slap an dark shift imori on with those two and you have an insane buffer/debuffer team be warned it ta,esa lot of the challenge out of the game since snake and frog spam heals which gives buffs and snake sheilds giving debuffs and imori hits like a truck 🚚 Great game!
I recommend you to use moves that deal damage, heal, buff or debuff multiple times before using big hitting attacks since it makes the combo meter be higher and giving you more damage You also might want to try the falling bridge from before since you can now ride a monster
Have you not played the Digimon World games? Best in the series imo; I'd try Dusk or Dawn. I started with Digimon World 2 but Dusk was the one that made me love the series. It lays out evolution lines and requirements really well, and lets you stack permanent stat buffs by devolving and re-evolving them. Plus, your three frontliners follow you in the overworld
You can try build a catzeker as physical or bleed dps , not the best but i love his model and animoation. Also try to get a goat monster , they shield very good.
