It’s so horrible. Mine started when I was pregnant with my first baby. Discard happened when I was about to give birth to my second baby. It’s horrendous. Covert narcs are the worst 🤯
So sad. I know how you feel. They are terrible. In a way it is a blessing in disguise (although it doesnt feel like it), because they can never have a normal/neurotypical relationship, with anyone. You can have a normal/healthy relationship. ❤

Wish I learned this in 2008.. no information was around then 😊 not till 2016. I then find a web series made of my life in 2000-2012 😊 I’m now Raquelle from Barbie as a human. My narc mom does it.. my narc dad did it..
