I love how they introduced Fern as a vehicle to help teach the audience about sportsmanship, and used the moral of the week trope to completely subvert our expectations of her. Even her name is something they usually give to characters of the day, so I'm glad they kept her on to show that time progresses
The writing in this season was so well done. The more serialized nature of it gave the plot and character arcs enough time to cook. I liked that their problems were more consequential, and they couldn't just recover and reset by the next episode. More than any other season Cosmic Fury showed that being a ranger comes with a price. I loved seeing Amelia struggling with losing Ollie, Aiyon struggling with losing Zayto, and Javi struggling with losing his arm. I especially liked the Zayto arc, because I wasn't the biggest fan of him being brought back by the Morphin Masters at the end of Dino Fury. I felt like the Morphin Masters were a deus ex machina used to fix all the rangers' problems, so it was nice to see it pay off so well. I loved Amelia as red ranger. I was apprehensive about them switching up her colour, but the way they did it was tastefully done. When the chips were down, she slid into the leadership role so naturally that by the time she became red, it was a no-brainer. I liked Ollie as a sub-antagonist. I thought it was cool that he leveraged his knowledge of his team and his intelligence to predict their moves. I wish he was more dangerous in combat though, like Tommy, Ryan and Trent were before him. I never felt like the other rangers were in any danger when they went up against him. The legacy rangers were dope. It's nice that their appearances were meaningful to the plot, and not tokenized. Especially Mick as Ninja Steel red. After all the actor has done for the franchise (and thinking back to how much Boom wanted to be a ranger) that was really satisfying. As for the suits, they grew on me, though with how much of the Dino theme was preserved in the design, it felt more like Super Dino Fury than Cosmic Fury. But that's a minor gripe. All in all I really enjoyed this season. When they chose to depart from the source material, I'm glad the season was in such capable hands.
To be fair the season was originally going to simply be called Dino Fury Season 3. So Dino Super Fury was actually kinda what it was supposed to be. Hasbro wanted to call it something else in order to make it easier to push marketting and getting disgruntled old fans back on-board that refused to give Dino Fury a chance. To make it stand out more on Netflix. Marketting they decided not to do anyway. Just like the new suits were designed the way they were to make action figures easier to produce. Action figures they decided not to do in the end anyway lol. Hasbro clearly not having any clue on how to make a plan and stick to it, obviously. Fortunately for us, at least the show runners _did_ know how to make a plan and stick to it, despite all the barriers Hasbro kept throwing in their way like cutting their episode count from 20 to 10, reducing the time window they had to film stunt footage, or telling them they couldn't make a black man a White Ranger. Which makes it even more a travesty that Bennett and his team get the abuse online that they do. They were trying to do their best by the fans for the fans with this show from the very start, against all the odds, and they didn't disappoint. We were lucky to have them.
I think you pointed out an important thing. The Mic becoming Red Ninja Steel and the actor having played boom. There are lots of undertones to this show. Even people who watch it regularly don't pick up on some of it. The thing I pointed out about scrozzle/Slyther's voice actor. It was a sweet moment for someone who's been such a big part of the show
I love your honest, and fair take on Cosmic Fury. I was off Power Rangers for several years, and reconnected w the series on Dino Fury, and I fell in love all over again! I loved Dino and Cosmic Fury!! And this team is my 2nd favorite after the OG MMPR team. I also LOVE Mucus, lol, and J Borg. Definitely subscribed friend!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it! I took time away from Power Rangers too, a friend got me back into it when I was a senior in high school (RPM was airing) and I got hooked again. It's really a fun show. It's a bit clunky because it's so low budget. So the more people know about the crew and how things work over there, the more appreciative you are of how they pull it off.
I only kinda know Dino Fury, but I still enjoyed Cosmic Fury; my problem is that 10 episodes really isn't a good format for Power Rangers, turns out we really do need the one-off episodes to give the show room to breath
You are absolutely right. With a show that has so many Main Characters, having time to focus on each person is important. Fern becoming a ranger, Amelia becoming leader both could of used more focus. Even bringing back billy would of been great to see a focus episode on him and what he has gone through since leaving zeo.
I loved Cosmic Fury. I loved that Billy filled in as the blue ranger, seeing Heckyl as the dark ranger and Tarrick pretty much the leader of the resistance on earth was awesome. The Zordon thing had my jaw down to the floor and like you said they did it such an amazing way. My one big complaint about it is it should of been been twice as long, I mean their taking on the most evilest form of Zedd I feel it should of taken long then 10 episodes but that’s just my opinion.
Being bought by Hasbro has its advantages and disadvantages. The truth is pr is not a money maker. Sure it brings something in but not nearly what is use to. So we probably will get limited amounts of episodes currently. But on the flip side. I think a lot of care has gone into the storyline. I really think there will be some good stuff in the future.
I would like more videos, please. Mighty Morphin Conspiracy Theories is correct. Aiyon- Dealing with the loss of his best friend, Javi-Dealing with loosing his arm and possibly his music career, Zayto-Dealing with loosing his life, adopted family and friends and Billy-Focusing on doing his best as the most experienced to offer guidance and to give the Cosmic Fury Team a fighting chance.
Just imagine if Toei takes Cosmic Fury footage and adapts it for a Ryusoulger movie and we go full circle. It's probably never going to happen, Toei is too proud to acknowledge anything America made, but it's a fun thought experiment.
For ten episodes, I was amazed how much was going on in the ten episodes. They also gave other Rangers things to do while the show focused on the cosmic fury team
yes and that's something people forget is that it is still "Cosmic Fury" although we have the other rangers here and there. It's not suppose to be about Billy 100% but they did great I think
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 I was also referring to the dozens of other ranger teams having their hands full on earth fighting off zedd’s forces without zords due to the field surrounding earth
Evil Ollie and Amelia as red were the best. I love the evil ranger dynamic that it poses to the team (yes it's been done before, but I love it regardless). It's always better when it feels like an extension of that character's natural flaws whereas I think there was a mind-controlled Javi and Izzy ep in dino fury, but to me, didn't feel as strong as Ollie's turn, so I'm glad they went with him. Amelia stepping up to the plate seemed like a natural progression of her character. She was always one with a cool head and led a lot of times in dino fury. And she was very willing to give the color back to Zayto when he returned, but his storyline definitely felt like it went beyond red. I think the only part I felt kinda iffy on was Izzy's character because she was somewhat relegated to worried gf. But that's just a small nitpick. Javi's arm getting blown off, Ollie, Amelia, and Zayto's storylines were all strong enough for me to really binge this season. Any references PR does will fly over my head. I'm not invested enough to know that much lore. I'm just here to laugh at campy lines and watch fun, bright-colored stunts with characters that are interesting enough to follow. Couldn't really do that with anything after jungle fury (I think). I remember trying to watch samurai or ninja steel, but none of the characters were interesting enough for me to follow. i've been won over with dino fury/cosmic fury though
appreciate the review btw! i didn't expect to find any videos on this season but I might just be clueless about the PR fandom since I'm a super casual fan
@@jtse09 the fandom has definitely grown a lot in recent years. I've had this channel a little over 2 years I think and there have been lots of podcasts and channels started around the same time. Definitely a fun group to get involved in. Have you watched RPM?
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 i actually haven't watched RPM. do you recommend it? i would say the seasons i rank highly for my own personal taste reasons have been time force, ninja storm, and probably dino/cosmic fury now. The next tier down jungle fury, lightspeed rescue, and SPD. After that, it either just didn't catch my eye at the right time or like the samurai one, characters were a little too bland for my entertainment haha
@@jtse09 all the ones you listed are pretty much the same for me and my top seasons. But RPM is without a doubt one of the best. Comedy is on point. The character development is the best in the franchise. Idk if its my personal favorite. I love so many seasons but RPM is definitely up at the very top. Highly recommend
The comedy was on point the whole time, specially the villains. I loved how there was a sense of urgency and we saw the rangers dealing with problems in different ways(failing a few times) other than just fighting the villain. It broke the formula in many ways and that's all i wanted!
Thanks Cole! I know that's happened to me many times. Finding something I love and thinking how has this not come up in my feed yet. Thanks for subscribing! I appreciate it!
It was a mixed bag for me, while i dont love the season, i did enjoy it, I agree about heckles powers, in the comic he was stronger but he got kinda beat by that annoying villain squila, however he has not gone through the shattered grid event or beyond The grid so, he's much more inexperienced so I don't mind it too much, Amelia killed that annoying villain though so, best red ranger 💀, also zedd was handled well and felt ruthless again, ollie being evil was also great. really the only nitpicks I have is the dark rangers helmet color being changed, using the kyuranger zords, and barely any legendary rangers showing up, I know budget is a thing but this is the last season were going to get in a long time I wish people like Trent,Antonio Leo, yada yada yada would have came back, especially with the planets being explored, I expected trey or the alien rangers, maybe in space or Lost galaxy. All-in-all I feel like seeing as we're in a changing. In the franchise, people are very 50/50 on this season, but if everyone ends up with something to look forward to in the end this season will be looked at fondly if it all goes well.
Agreed, of course we'd all love for them to raise the budget a bit and get more cameos and side people to come. But with what they had to work with I think they did a pretty good job.
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024yeah definitely, it's really unfortunate we're not going to get a season for a long while because Hasbro is prioritizing focus on the reboot, Hasbro has been the most creative, as well as lore expanding and crossover delivering era since Saban and the beginning of Disney era, definitely going to wait and see what else they have planned for the future
@@MrJlavanderamy problem was not that it was sentai zords, rather taking the kyurangers zords is going to make it hard to adapt them, I know they could easily be adapted in the comics but they deserve a season 😂, but hey the power of writing can fix anything
Oh and another thing on my mind!, Since power rangers is going to be on a hiatus for a long time, as a big tokusatsu fan who loves both power rangers and super Sentai, this could be a chance to get into Sentai (even Kamen Rider) for a lot of power ranger only fans, I know the communities can sometimes be at odds for dumb reasons, but i love both and can definitely give you guys some recommendations for super Sentai series to fill the void since PR is going to be on a long hiatus
Yeah that was my only nitpick about the season I wanted Tarrick to get powers and become a power ranger too it would have been so awesome but I guess since there was already 7 on the main Cosmic Fury team and 3 other rangers helping in the situation which brings the count to 10 rangers in total in this season I guess bringing in one more ranger probably would have got over bloated lol
I really enjoyed the show! I think it was a lot of fun & I enjoyed the serious tone, while still having some humor. I look forward to an Easter egg breakdown man. Thanks for making videos!
4:08 In all fairness it's a purified Dark Energem. Plus to be fair the Dark Energem doesn't nessissarily have any feats other rangers haven't shown to be able to handle.
One thing that was really brought to my attention was which PR team is in this TL? Like buzz blast said PR teams across the world and I know PR earth is bigger than our but teams around the world so ninja steel, and all the other dinosaur teams take place on this timeline ? And same earth? And I know the morphin grid across and connect all PR Teams Sentai & US
Yes there are a lot of teams in the main universe. From the 25th anniversary episode it seems there are only 3 detentions we are aware of currently. Main timeline, rpm, and dino charge
8/10. It had some pacing issues and anticlimactic way of finishing most of the villains but at the same time it had that PR vibe - that hard to define thing, unique for that stupid, little children show we all love so much. Was silly, fun, enjoyable and full of action. Was eight out of ten things I want from PR season. Cool, cool, coolio.
I just finished watching the series, and right off the bat, it was the first season of Power Rangers I watched completely without skipping or anything since RPM. I do believe it could've needed some more time to breathe between important storypoints, it felt kinda rushed in a way and I would've loved to have seen more of other teams, defending the earth, maybe showing them resisting but I love how they tried to bring everything together. I love the hint with New Tech City and Lord Z's plan leading to it becoming a refugee haven leading seemlesly into SPD, however I believe that we could've needed some kind of reset since basically all Power Rangers except SPD and Time Force due to them being bound to their time I guess are now active at the same time, making it harder to believe that there are only a few Rangers in every fight (especially considering upcoming seasons, if any will happen in that way) These however was all my criticism of the season, I really really enjoyed it, speaking as someone who never enjoyed anything from the Neo-Saban era going forward, I think Cosmic Fury had strong characters, with each getting attention, some kind of development and while rushed, everyone feeling important. Although I think Fern (I hope that is spelled correctly) was the breakout of the season, not only as Orange Ranger but I love the work of the actress and the subtle nuances she put in her behaviour. Really really enjoyed this season and now I am going to watch the video before saying anything else haha sorry for the length of the comment but I am really hyped and happy after this season. P.S. Zayto catapulted himself right towards the top in terms of legendary rangers for the things he did in this season, just character wise he seems to fleshed out, despite being some kind of omniscent being and barely able to "actually" fail. I loved his arch, his sacrifice and think he portrays one of the ultimate ranger characters, along with the likes of Tommy and Carter.
Okay little additions: I think Emilia was great as red ranger and I completely agree with your evaluation, she was confident and a great lead, although I would've loved to see a longer and more intense struggle with her and Ollie (that was a little too clean on her part for me) otherwise it was great. And that "female agenda" point I think is completely uncalled for, as I felt like it was very natural within this season how each person behaved compared to other entries in Power Rangers or the super-hero genre which really feel forced on the viewer - but once again, i dont think this would be valid here
Ik alot of people were complaining about lizzy and fern when they first came out All I have to say is it was bound to happened and im glad they did it they way they did it with those two And im sure david yost is grateful that that power rangers are finally doing that
I was so focused on Easter eggs at points I missed the series, and vice versa. There was just so much, but I loved. Now, next week do you stand on Once and Always? Before, during, or after?
Idk it really can be interchangeable I think that was by design. I wish we knew if that was Minh or not. Charlie Kersh was on the cast list at first. But was later removed. So idk... makes me think it happen before
@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 at first, I was all about after, but after re-thinking, I think it's all 3......the beginning of CF/end of Dino Fury is part of Billy's space adventures mentioned in O&A The during part is the year gap that Robo Rita was "missing" as to why the scene with Billy in the command center showed Zordon's cracked tube. Also, some of what the rest of the team was working on. And of course, the end was Billy continuing his search because of Ayion and Mihn being in the Megazord, and not the other rangers who were presumably still on Aquitar being healed.
Um how in all the morphine grid did zordon come back as far as I know he sacrificed himself against the league of evil by telling Andros to shatter his containment tube to let the positive energy wipe the evil away by turning most of the baddies to dust and turning Rita and z into human form and destroying dark spectre and returning cyber astronima to karone and giving her the ability to take kendrixs place as the pink in space ranger so how did he have the power to return
It’s also how Zedd was able to become a morphing master for 5 minutes of you will. The alternative was destroy the grid at the end and he gave up the power.
I loved this season so much, but after watching through it twice, I have only two real complaints about the season.. First is how Izzy was treating Fern before Fern became a ranger, while I do not feel that this is out of character or anything like that.. It is my own personal belief that at some point someone should have (especially if it was Fern herself) told Izzy off about what she was doing, and how she was acting.. The second complaint deals more with the who and the how of Squid Ink Inc.. For the most part my annoyance with them comes more from how this company that we never heard of before are the ones who turn Morphin Master Lord Zedd into energy to try and create the evil Z wave.. While I know that the budget for the show is an issue, I would have preferred to see a more established villain (or even better have it be Ollie as a last evil act, or as just a face turn). Most of my complaint with this point comes down to the "who the F... is Bijillia Naire to betray Lord Zedd.. it is just that in my personal opinion having the brand new just introduced villain of the season defeat Lord Zedd of all villains (yes I consider him getting sucked into an energy tube defeating him) when you spent so much time over not only Dino Fury, but also Cosmic Fury re-establishing Lord Zedd as a major world ending sort of threat. I just felt that for Bijillia to defeat him was very anti-climactic... Love the video, looking forward to more content, and May the Power Protect you...
It did feel anticlimactic in honesty with the ending. But it makes sense. Its an ending that will age well with time. Because not all problems need violent resolutions. If they had brought back broodwing from spd that would of made more sense to me. But costume wise maybe they don't have access to it anymore. Izzy, personally I feel acted as anyone would in that situation. Fern is not able to take a hit like she can with her powers.
Idk, I'm not a big union guy to be honest. It is good in theory, but can also cause some problems at the same time. I'll say this, pr has benefited from being in a country like New Zealand where people are more than happy to get work. They want to work and show a lot more gratitude for what they get. If that industry wasn't so corrupt they wouldn't need union's. Just pay people what they are worth. Idk I feel like I'm rambling but it's not an easy solution I'm sure
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 I came in with the exact opposite response. I haven't seen PR since Mystic Force and only knew the basics of Dino Fury so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it.
@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 I know why and I knew what happen to him I was disagreeing with you... they did not kill zordon when the red ranger let out his power he can still be found, just like in the movie with Ivin ooze he's still in the grid thats what I was saying
I really enjoyed it. I've a few nitpicks. Like how could zedds and his army be flying over all of space and not run into the astro megaship or space/galaxy rangers or go by KO 35. I did guess Ollie would be poisoned with the poison going into his morpher. I did like heckle. And void knight was badass even without his powers. Seeing Mick back as ninja red was nice. I really wish we got a longer fight with master zedd and where was the megawinger zhane should have been at the megazord fight too. And for the last season we should have had a legendary battle 2. Overall I loved the zordon callback and sorta seeing him again. And zedds nightmare was brilliant.tbf I liked Ollie as evil over good.he had better emotions and better acting at being evil. But overall about a 7/10 could have been way better but not bad overall
Casual PR Fan at best but I really enjoyed Cosmic Fury, but I'm ready for the reboot. What Beast Wars did for Transformers, the Reboot needs to be that for PR. I think Hasbro mindset is in that direction.
It is honestly scary to see a 30 year franchise be rebooted. Transformers or TNMT have gone through tons of reboots or different versions. But pr has always been in the same universe. So its definitely something they could mess up. I just hope they treat pr with respect. They have had some misses with some of those reboots
While the ending fell flat and wasn’t how an ending of 30 years should be, it was still a fun watch. If they really wanted to wow us then they should’ve had the Dino mega odd show up wearing the dragonzord on its shoulders. As a conservative, I did wonder if the lesbian relationship was just to have it so they could say they have one. I like Izzy, she’s got some funny lines. Although, the original actress they had for the role is hotter. But the one we got is fine. And you’re right, they did allow us to learn more about them and like them as people before they dropped the lesbian bomb. Some shows make that the character’s entire personality but it’s fine here. CF should’ve been longer so we could see more of that relationship as rangers. Amelia was fine as a leader. She was showing leadership qualities way before becoming leader.
The "hotness" of the actress shouldn't be the reason it is or is not okay for there to be a lesbian couple. Come on that really doesn't need to be said. I am definitely more of a conservative as well. Having had friends who are gay its made me more considerate of their situation. And that's one reason why, when they make a generic or rude gay character it's actually a very negative representation. Even though the writers will still pat themselves on the back for doing it.
'Cosmic Fury' is the first series I've watched in real time since 1995...I binged so hard. I loved having a pre-existing female ranger promoted to Red Ranger. I loved seeing Billy mentoring. I loved seeing past Rangers joining the Zord battles. I loved seeing a fellow musician, suffering a significant injury, playing with an automated limb and inverting/overcoming the whole Robocop 2014 (passion confuses programming) narrative. However, just like Rita Repulsa's fuse, this series was frustratingly short. By the time Lord Zedd is distracted enough by his late love/hate wife to have his threat neutralised, there's the seeds of Zordon's return which are never followed through...however if his return is just the reboot then I can deal...for now
The musician thing... most people dont realize how traumatizing that really is! I'm a drummer been scared my whole life to break a limb at some point. It is short but they did the best they could with the time they had
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 I thought having the drums be the first thing he plays after loosing the arm, might have been a light homage to Def Leopard's drummer?
I'm sorry aiyon was wasted, he clearly volunteered to pilot the ship with Amelia. Being alien and arguably the most experienced (although immature) ranger on the team, he should be an obvious for at least a seat with them. It's his technology from his planet he should know how to read and operate better than 3 earthlings. No one could pilot the astro megazord better than Andros even though they eventually learned too.
I'll have to go back and watch because I don't remember him volunteering, but as far as getting use to Rafkon technology. The other rangers have been using it for a while not. Not flying but at the base So they should be fairly familiar with it.
That money isn't just sitting in a bank for Power Rangers. I doubt power rangers was ever a 10th of that profit. The sales arent as big as other franchises
What if : Crystal f nightmares MMPR Aaaa ! After all this years Goldar found The Crystal of Nightmares ! W tracked Goldar in a secret cave near the beach . Believe only that and you will succeed . As the rangers teleport Skull tells Bulk whenever he has a nightmare , he goes to the beach to relax . Jason faces Goldar : - Hello Powerless Ranger , did you had nightmares ? Because Jason is a martial artist , despite his fear , he uses his anger to fight Goldar put 4 putties restrain him as Goldar gut punches him : You puny pathetic human , even morphed you still didnt manage to save Tommy , that s why Zordon chose you to lead because he knew you are a loser . Bulk and Skull somehow arrive and see out distance the rangers running from putties . Skull panics and says he wants to go home , but Bulk slaps him and says Angel Grove is our home and whoever they are , The Power Rangers are our friends ! They never gave up on us and we wont give up on us especially when this time they need us . Bulk charges and he trips while some putties restrins him : - Is this your savior , red ranger ? Rita will be pleased to turn him into a Pudgie Pig hahaha and it wont take much either ! - Powerless or not The Rangers never gave up on us and we may lose our lives but we will never lose hope on our rangers . Jason then see s Goldar distracted and hits the crystal and Alpha returns Bulk and Skull under the bed with no memory just in case . Rita makes Goldar and Scorpeena grow and the rest is history .
Ive been waiting to hear your opinion! I dont really care about the two rangers who are lesbians it is what it is man it's 2023. Same with a female red ranger im not mad about it, I liked the whole team.
I'm always surprised at the people who are upset by those things. PR has been pretty progressive. Having an African American and an Asian American as main cast members in the 90s was not common at all. People forget PR has always strive for that
The show felt like a let down for the series finale. I felt like the show should been longer and I didn't like how they brush off the disabled actor for Cosmic Fury. The show was still fun to watch.
@@KalEl7802 the length of it was not up to the producers of power rangers that was Hasbro's decision. I would love for it to be longer but nothing we can do about that. The people in New Zealand would love to have more Power Rangers. They are a small market and could use the work. As far as Sarah Dalhton's character Lilly. She wasn't a main character and the fact they brought her back was because they wanted to have her in it.
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 Yes she wasn't, but at the same time she shouldn't have been brought in if they were going brush her off. That was a waste of her time and I would have say no if I were in her shoes.

Cosmic Fury I felt in a way redeemed Dino Fury, but I'm guessing it's because of the nostalgia elements. Dino Fury and its sequel was still kind of let down.
It's funny that there is one...ONE....single series in 30 years (three entire decades of Power Rangers) where the leaders are female and people are already complaining. What, 30 seasons with male leads wasn't enough? People complain about literally anything.
I've actually been surprised that more people are complaining about izzy being protective of fern... seems strange to me. Have you seen reviews for the Ahsoka show... dang people are made because it has to many female characters.... wow
I just saw all 10 episodes and Overall Cosmic Fury FAIL and why ! 1. A negative Evil Z Wave would have never worked because of 2 things : There are still Z particles scattered all around the universe and perhaps beyond this universe and so if it would have detonated , the remains of Z wave energy would have canceled all positive and negative energy 2. Amalia is the new Daphney and if she takes Krouger all she needs is a blonde hair dude a skinny white boy and a Velma and she can join the Scooby gang Scruzzle was never captured or destroyed so in theory he could try again 3. One day Zedd will snap out of it and he deserves a better ending than Rita . Why couldnt he be trapped inside a loop put in season 2 Mutiny and force to repeat his mistakes forever ? or just destroy him ? 4. Garcia mocks Zed for misspelling . Double down on the humor eh ? They made Zedd a cosmic joke ! He should have grown giant size and crush the cosmic zords 5. Evil Rangers gone good face no consequences for their actions ! They get a reward ! No guilty trial ? 6. Classic Megazord can fly , fine but is it strong enough to crush space ships but had trouble with Goldar Scorpina and Snizzard ? Are we stupid ? 7. Billy needs to die Triny Style . If he keeps this up , he will bring Dark Specter to life again . 8. Zordon doesnt snap Billy out of it . If you are going to bring Zordon back at least tell Billy to back the heck of ! EVERY SINGLE Ranger team found their own way including MMPR when they decided to break the Sword of Evil and not kill Tommy despite him destroying the command center . They dissobeyed Zordon when the Thunder Megazords where offline leaving Rito to finish them of and they went to the desert of despair despite his protest . Including the most hated Overdrive found their way . With Jake and Mia or Gia it took Casey to find their way but they did . Zordon was not necessary anymore . He didnt die in vain . He died because i was his time and so that the rangers can have their own time 9.The Morphing Masters are gone from this realm back to the nothingness and lets just hope we never get to see an adaptation of them again. 10. The End of Nothing ! Scruzzle was not killed or captured , monsters are still around , nothing was definitive. Why is it called The End ? It Ended Nothing ! Zito got a promotion ! If it was the End of Zaito it s not ! The end of Zordon ? Zordon brought back Ayon so maybe that was his final act ? THE END OF WHAT ?
So I didn't like the writing of Cosmic Fury. So the Rangers are stranded on this planet until they need to rescue Zayto. Like it would be like if during mmpr when they got stuck in Australia, if they spend a episode back in the command center and then by the end they are back in Australia like oh no we can't get back.
I love how they introduced Fern as a vehicle to help teach the audience about sportsmanship, and used the moral of the week trope to completely subvert our expectations of her.
Even her name is something they usually give to characters of the day, so I'm glad they kept her on to show that time progresses
I know! It did throw me off guard
RIP Robert Axelrod. 😢
It started with Zordon and it ended with Zordon…. May the power protect you
It was absolutely beautiful. Honestly, I am just in shock of how they did that so tastefully
Agreed. So do you think once and always happens after this? Would make an interesting theory video. 😆

Just imagine if Toei takes Cosmic Fury footage and adapts it for a Ryusoulger movie and we go full circle. It's probably never going to happen, Toei is too proud to acknowledge anything America made, but it's a fun thought experiment.
Yeah they probably won't. But would be funny
@@zenonx1 yes! Very true
The comedy was on point the whole time, specially the villains. I loved how there was a sense of urgency and we saw the rangers dealing with problems in different ways(failing a few times) other than just fighting the villain. It broke the formula in many ways and that's all i wanted!
Yes they broke the formula without losing the heart of the show

I was annoyed with the Japanese footage… one seen there were some humanoid zords hanging out… 😅
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024yeah definitely, it's really unfortunate we're not going to get a season for a long while because Hasbro is prioritizing focus on the reboot, Hasbro has been the most creative, as well as lore expanding and crossover delivering era since Saban and the beginning of Disney era, definitely going to wait and see what else they have planned for the future
@@MrJlavanderamy problem was not that it was sentai zords, rather taking the kyurangers zords is going to make it hard to adapt them, I know they could easily be adapted in the comics but they deserve a season 😂, but hey the power of writing can fix anything
I was begging for Tarek to have one last Void Knight Morph
Me too!!!
For sure. This next year will be sad. But I'm sure there will be some people checking out Sentai
I wish he could of at the least gotten his void knight powers back. But hey what can you do

Shouldn’t the dark energem be the most powerf energem, maybe it was because Heckyl haven’t completely learned how to use the power yet.
Possibly, but yes I agree. Should of been crazy powerful I would think
4:08 In all fairness it's a purified Dark Energem. Plus to be fair the Dark Energem doesn't nessissarily have any feats other rangers haven't shown to be able to handle.
You should do series rankings. I’d love to hear which shows are your best and worst.

I think they do well with the restrictions they have.
Please do, maybe even speculate about a suitable concept for the next season should the series end up continuing, courtesy of your viewers.
I will keep this in mind for sure. It's hard. So many directions it could go in.
I love the hint with New Tech City and Lord Z's plan leading to it becoming a refugee haven leading seemlesly into SPD, however I believe that we could've needed some kind of reset since basically all Power Rangers except SPD and Time Force due to them being bound to their time I guess are now active at the same time, making it harder to believe that there are only a few Rangers in every fight (especially considering upcoming seasons, if any will happen in that way)
These however was all my criticism of the season, I really really enjoyed it, speaking as someone who never enjoyed anything from the Neo-Saban era going forward, I think Cosmic Fury had strong characters, with each getting attention, some kind of development and while rushed, everyone feeling important.
And that "female agenda" point I think is completely uncalled for, as I felt like it was very natural within this season how each person behaved compared to other entries in Power Rangers or the super-hero genre which really feel forced on the viewer - but once again, i dont think this would be valid here
8:55 in space With Zane and Andre’s (minus the 65 million years part)

@@Alun4256 yes it could of taken place in that year gap. But I'm not sure its all kind of a mess.
They basically gave us a Jedi response to death of Rangers. We do not die we become one with the grid.
Also, it’s been established that the grid is balance. So the grid created the evil that we have seen post Zordon death
It’s also how Zedd was able to become a morphing master for 5 minutes of you will. The alternative was destroy the grid at the end and he gave up the power.
It was more of an afterlife situation. He didn't come back to life. I think it was done beautifully
Seeing Zordon in a way was great I don't think it destroys his sacrifice if Billy were to see him one last time
It was absolutely beautifully done I think.
I hope cuz even I am 37 I loved power ranger lol
Its a great show! Fun and has good messages
What’s your opinion on the actor strike?
Idk, I'm not a big union guy to be honest. It is good in theory, but can also cause some problems at the same time. I'll say this, pr has benefited from being in a country like New Zealand where people are more than happy to get work. They want to work and show a lot more gratitude for what they get. If that industry wasn't so corrupt they wouldn't need union's. Just pay people what they are worth. Idk I feel like I'm rambling but it's not an easy solution I'm sure
All in all, PR Cosmic Fury was a nice send off to PR. Not Perfect but a fun ride nonetheless.
I think expectations are so high for fans. It's never going to be what we "want" because it's so out of reach with what they can afford

@@collins.4380 that came to mind to me too! Rick Allen for the win
Not flying but at the base
So they should be fairly familiar with it.

1. A negative Evil Z Wave would have never worked because of 2 things : There are still Z particles scattered all around the universe and perhaps beyond this universe and so if it would have detonated , the remains of Z wave energy would have canceled all positive and negative energy
2. Amalia is the new Daphney and if she takes Krouger all she needs is a blonde hair dude a skinny white boy and a Velma and she can join the Scooby gang
Scruzzle was never captured or destroyed so in theory he could try again
He should have grown giant size and crush the cosmic zords
He died because i was his time and so that the rangers can have their own time
9.The Morphing Masters are gone from this realm back to the nothingness and lets just hope we never get to see an adaptation of them again.
They were really weird about the girlfriend lines. Overdone. And i say that as someone who does lots of repeating
I didnt really feel like it was to much. I've seen a lot of shows that go way over the top compared to this.
The “I need to protect my fragile girlfriend” trope annoyed me
@@mightymorphinconspiracythe5024 true. I felt exactly as you explained in the video.
@@MrJlavandera prior to Fern getting powers I understand it. Once she had powers that mostly stopped
