- Today I am sharing 5 NEW air fryer recipes with you that I really hope you will enjoy. They are all super simple, yet totally delicious.. let me know which is your favourite :)

Recipes & Ingredients:
Filo Feta Bites:
Filo pasta (3 sheets), feta cheese, hot honey, pistachio
Sweet potato bites:
Sweet potato, goats cheese, caramalised onion chutney, walnuts, olive oil, salt & pepper
Hassleback potatoes:
New potatoes, cheese of choice, olive oil, salt. Natural yoghurt, lemon juice and rind
Granola:
Oats, a mixture of nuts - I used hazlenuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, almonds, raisins, syrup or honey
Toad in the hole:
Sausages, eggs, plain flour, milk, pinch salt

For toad in the hole batter, I use Jamie Olivers recipe. Equal weight of flour, eggs, milk. Easily scaled up or down. 1 egg plus its weight in flour and milk is enough to make 2 jumbo muffin size yorkies.
Oohh that’s like my recipe but he actually weighs the eggs.. I just use the same measurements.. but I’m going to try his way and see how it goes.. thanks for this :) xxx
@maxineb9598 I measure mine by volume, because my poor eyesight makes the numbers on my scales slightly difficult to read. - Three identical glasses side by side. Eggs into the first one, then flour and milk in the others up to the same level.
Yummy! Do you reckon I could split the filo pastry into half the number sheets so there’s double the quantity?
Hi Kerry. My current air fryer is a Russell Hobbs 8L, but I think I'm going to treat myself to one like yours for the convenience of its wider basket. The RH 23 x 23cm basket is fine for most things, - especially as I've got a set of three stacking mesh trays that keep things separate and allow the air to circulate properly - but Christmas is coming up, Morrisons will be getting their giant turkey legs in soon, and the wider basket will allow me to brown them before they go into the slow cooker. Stuff cooks so much better if it's properly seared first, doesn't it?

The Honey and feta filo rolls I love pistachios and normal honey I love normal cheese boreks with a gooey and crunchy taste. It’s a delicious air fryer treat for hosting and entertaining with your whole family, friends, relatives and guests. Sweet potato and goat cheese bites I love walnuts. What a awesome snack too! Cheesy Hassle-back potatoes with Yoghurt and lemon dip What a side or starter to have before you start a whole dinner. Also the Homemade granola I love granola with yogurt, fruit, honey or berries too. The toad in the hole look so lovely. Those were all brand new air fryer recipe ideas to try in the air fryer! How do u spell that paper who sells it please
Parchment paper. Most supermarkets will sell it - also called baking parchment/greaseproof paper. Prevents food sticking to the air fryer or baking sheet.

Come on, an air fryer is simply a mini fan oven, therefore costs less to use. Nothing new, there are no unique air-fryer recipes, they are all just oven recipes.
And we like watching Kerry putting them together for us ❤ not happy, shuffle on 😂

While the recipes are welcome, I agree with what you say. Anything that can be done in a fan oven.. it can be done in an air fryer
